Convenience, Location, Parking.

The Bed, pillows, thin walls, very noisy, repairs to room started at 8:00 AM very uncomfortable mattress, and pillows.Elevator from parking garage leading to lobby broken.

The location

The WiFi was horrendous and I was not able to upload or download as I normally do.Also the process to access the garage was inconvenient and convoluted

the location was ideal, parking was comfortable to access and the staff was very helpful

the decor is a bit outdated but other than that everything was great

The hotel is in a great location—just a short walk from the town’s central streets, yet pleasantly removed from noisy areas. There’s a supermarket and a very affordable parking lot conveniently located nearby, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Unfortunately, my stay was affected by the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I could clearly hear noises coming from the hallway and neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully. The corridor floors were not carpeted, so the sound of footsteps and shoes was noticeably amplified throughout the day and night.While the hotel may offer other positive aspects, I believe improving the acoustic insulation and adding carpeting in the common areas would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Very basic city centre hotel with no atmosphere and poor facilities

Good size room close to everything and good value for money

The rooms are very clean and modern, location is great and parking is next door. Our room looked out onto a courtyard shared by apartment buildings

A old fashion business hotel with renovated rooms. Secure parking. Comfortable and functional.

The parking is not directly accessable from the hotel. You still have to ask for a key each time you go to the garage. As you are paying for the garage then you should be issued your own key for the duration of the stay - like everywhere else.

Great hotel, situated right in the centre of town, lovely rooms and comfortable beds, and secure private parking

The area is very central and there is a good resturant/cafe connected to the hotel that we used for lunch and sometimes dinner.

The staying was OK, but unfortunately the WiFi in the room was very unstable so I had to work from the lobby, but the hotel gave me a discount due to that.

Cleanliness and super spacious room.

Can be difficult to find but private parking available.

It’s the 3rd time we are going to this hotel and we continue to love it. Very large and good mattresses, professional staff and a wonderful bar for the apero or a simple breakfast.

Because hotel was centrally located, the facilities were restricted in its accomodations!

Parking garage was difficult to get to both in and out therefrom.

Good hotel. They had somewhere to keep my bicycle. There is a bar open on site and a cafe/restaurant

Breakfast was just ok. Noisy guests and people outside in the communal area, but it was a Friday night

Dog friendly, exceptionally clean, spacious rooms, locations was walking distance to everything and great fresh breakfast.

Originally placed in 3rd floor which was the top floor of the hotel but there was apartments above and above our room they were having a party Kate at night. We asked to move and they bought up a new key for a different room immediately.

Nice room with reasonable size balcony with furniture. Friendly staff. Good location short walk from Plaza Mayor.

Hotel bar lively so pity to see it close Sunday afternoon when so many places already do in Spain.

The double room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The single room again had a comfortable bed. Cleanliness was fine. Isabella at breakfast was very kind and helpful in contrast to others.

The double room shower room looked good but the shower was rubbish as everything was loose and the shower head would not stay in place. The single room shower was even worse falling off and causing a fall which was compounded by another falling on the the very wet and slippery floor. A letter of complaint will be sent after our return home. The staff were unhelpful giving as little information as possible and one completely ignoring us. The Restaurant was down two lots of stairs and breakfast upstairs which was very bad with one of our party on crutches. On arrival I was told how to access the garage but not given a key to get back into the lift area. Fortunately a car was leaving so I could get out up the car access ramps.
