The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The room was spacious and sunny, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and they even supplied a few gluten-free breads, which was appreciated.

There was a miniature coffee machine in the room that was awful. There were tiny paper cups supplied that overflowed even on the small setting. If coffee is offered, it should at least be a normal size cup with real sugar and cream or creamer offered.

First of all, the parking is inaccessible unless you have a very small car. Therefore I as well as most of the guests had to find parking somewhere else.The lighting in the room was so minimal that I could not read at night.The temperature of the Air conditioning was set such that I could not regulate it and ended up turning it off.The location is horrible with no space to park while you are checking in. Therefore I was half in the sidewalk and half in the street, interrupting traffic.The gentleman that checked me in insisted on me to try to enter the parking space even after I had already damaged my car.The location is very inconvenient and not near the center of the city as they claim.

Clean room, nice staff

Parking was difficult with car elevator. We did not know this & it was doable but there should be some awareness of this when you are arriving.

Maria at front desk arranged for us to have an early breakfast so that we could make our train.She was an angel.

The room was very clean and everything we needed was available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was really nice that we could park safely in the hotel's parking garage.

We had hoped the hotel restaurant would be open at night but it wasn't when we were there. I also would have loved more vegetables for breakfast (:

The comfortable hotel. Very good location, not far away from the railway station. Possibilities to reach city centre on foot. Rich breakfast.

More beverage choice, only 1 coffee pod. My door to the terrace kept sticking on me. I think I just didn't have the knack of opening it. If I was staying longer I would have asked what to do. The staff were very friendly and I am sure they would have sorted it

WiFi did not work throughout the entire stay and none of the staff even apologized or did anything to remedy the situation. Unpleasant smell in the room. The breakfast consisted of cheap products and did not correspond to the status of a 4-star hotel with a "very good breakfast".

Car lift to access garage can be a little tight if you have a large car. Otherwise everything was fine.

Room clean and simple but poor lighting. Overlooked the underpass so had to close the window as noisy. Room 303. Good shower. Great location to walk into town.

The garage parking is a bit of a nightmare. It’s a tight fit into the vehicle lift ( probably 2cm each side for our merc GLC - quite scary to fit a car in.). If your car is any wider just don’t think about it. We were on level -2 and once through the lift ordeal there was plenty of space (5 allocated places). Tiny street so only option is to use the hotel €11 parking (via lift)

Staff were great and spoke good English. Tastefully decorated reception and rooms.

Not really a negative but the parking was very difficult to negotiate in anything bigger than a small city car.

Location was awful . Very difficult to find hotel . Parking was horrendous. Have to go down in a lift but the turn into the entrance almost impossible . I had a fall outside the hotel on the kerb between the hotel and the parking garage , there was no mark to define it . Staff were the most unfriendly and miserable bunch of people . No one came to help me . No one asked if we needed a doctor or even if we were ok . Breakfast was dismal . Terrible rubbery eggs , sour mushrooms , don’t bother .

It was close to the train station. It had 24 hours reception.

The coffee machine without coffee capsules. A hot water jug would have been better so you could have tea , coffee or just hot water.

Very good value for money. Nice staff, very welcoming and always greeting the guests.

If you have a big car the hotel park is very narrow and will not be easy to park on it. I gave up as soon as I had to close the side mirrors to get in.
