They state they have parking and then it turns out it’s too tight for medium/ large cars so parking situation confusing

Paquita, a staff member, was nice and helpful.The room was very clean, spotless, and large. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The hotel is centrally located to restaurants, cafes and the historic center. We parked our car in its private underground garage. We definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Central location just a short walk from the Cathedral.

The air conditioning was turned off (it is on, only in June, July and August), despite booking.com promise and advertising. If you like sleeping very hot, this is the place for you. Couldn't even open the window, it was noisy outside.

Great hotel right in the centre of Palencia, really friendly and efficient staff, good continental style breakfast and stylish decor. We would definitely stay again.

Not the hotel's fault, but we couldn't utilise the carpark as we have a campervan. With a little searching we managed to park on the street a couple of roads over, though, and apparently there's free parking over the river at the Museum de Agua. They did allow us to park in front of the entrance to load/unload which was great.

Location is good for exploring.

Staff on the reception was not very customer service orientated. If you are sensitive for smells, at least the corridor where my room was located was super fragranced as well the room. It was difficult to sleep in that. Pillows were breahtless. One of the criterias for me to stay in this hotel was the parking. Hotel staff told me it’s narrow but it’s actually low. I have a small van and the entrance to the minus floors is uneven so it goes quit low. It is spacius otherwise.

Excellent location and secure easy parking unlike so many hotels. Small hotel and friendly staff. It’s a fav with police who have coffee there daily! Rooms were quiet.

Convenient stop-over when driving to catch Santander ferry,not far from main routes & city centre. Underground parking & friendly staff. Local museum worth a visit & costs only €1.

the loby and the cafe area- sometimes someone played the piano.

I could not adjust the room temperature and i had to sleep with the window slight open since the room was too warm.

This place allows dogs and it is located right next to a park/river with plenty of grass patches for your dog to relieve themselves.The staff was super friendly, and their coffee was surprisingly good. It seemed that even the local people would go here for their breakfast, including the police.Can only give this place my best recommendations.

There is nothing to add. If I had to add anything, it would be that the elevator is relatively small with the underground parking. We have a large car, so it was difficult to navigate for parking and difficult to fit our luggage in the elevator, with 2 people and a small dog!

Ideally placed for my onward journey to Santander.

I was given a key code to open the garage door, but could not find the keypad. While I went to report this to the Reception, they operated the door remotely, and by the time I returned to my car the garage door had swung open (I thought it would be an up-and-over) and pressed against my car.

Very nice and clean, good-looking room and bathroom. Electrical heating.

For some reason, while picking a place, I thought this hotel was located in the first row of the buildings in front of the river. However, it's hidden behind. So, I didn't get the view I expected.

The receptionist Sonia was excellent, and it was convenient to unload the car. Overnight public car parking was free of charge. The shower was good.

The air-conditioning was set too high (23°) & difficult to adjust, so I turned it off. The room was a bit noisy & breakfast mediocre. No parking avaliable except for small cars.

Restaurant isn't open at night. However a 10 minute walk takes you to Calle Mayor.
