    Pros +

    • Marian was an amazing host, and the property was absolutely perfect — had a sea view room and we got to witness the spectacular huge tide. Great breakfast, comfy lovely room, great pool area. Wish we had shifted our trip for more time here.
    • The hotel is located on the beach front and a short stroll in to town, perfect location.Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food. The breakfast room is very small but in good weather I am sure the hotel would utilise their outdoor space as well.
    • We wanted to have a drink in the bar over looking the sea front but unfortunately it was closed at 8.00 pm in the evening .

    Cons -

    • Everything was perfect
    • The accesible room needs some thought. There is only one handrail next to the toilet making it very difficult. The bathroom mirror is set at a standing height, impossible for someone in a wheel chair. There is very little space for toiletry items in the bathroom. Bedside tables with drawers in all rooms or storage space would be helpful. (we had two rooms, one had bedside tables with storage, the other did not.
    • The bar closed .

Very nice pool and fresh towels

We didn’t like our room, we got the room for disabled people.

Brilliant location in heart of town and by the beach. Peaceful hotel pool which was kept clean and tidy, with plenty of loungers, and subtle background music (thankfully no booming loud speakers!) Very comfortable bar/lounge area for escaping the sun. Modern bedroom and bathroom, stylishly decorated. Super staff - attentive but not overbearing.

Our room was on the small side. Breakfast not included in room price (and expensive if you want to pay for breakfast in the hotel)

Very modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Perfect location for prom area and oyster port (a must see) free parking available outside on the quiet street rather than having to pay for the hotels own parking. Pool area was lovely and clean, with fresh towels on the loungers, and attentive bar service. Staff always on hand and keen to assist. Bed was very comfy and air con was practically silent! Major bonus. We were really impressed with all the facilities and staff professionalism

Our room (Bougainvillea) was next to a balcony lounge area which was really noisy until late one evening which made sitting on our balcony a no go, but otherwise it was a lovely little area with view over the pool and view of the sea. Our room phone didn’t work to call for room service and we weren’t advised to call their external number from our mobile until our last day which was a shame. The all day looped pool music until 10pm was a little loud and not to our taste but it was a younger vibe at the hotel so this wouldn’t be a negative for most visitors I’m sure ?we would definitely return but maybe just to a different room

The location and the structure were very good

The breakfast was a little bit expensive. 18€ per person is too much for a hotel like this in that place and in France

Stylish hotel and room. Restful decor, though all 3 pictures on the walls were exactly the same. Nice small pool area. Quiet.

Couldn't open wardrobe properly due to design of doors. Staff didn't replenish water in fridge. Very meagre drink provision in room. No milk provided. Had to pay €12 extra for parking.

Tastefully decorated, pleasant staff, wonderful location. Room with a view

    9WilliamPosted on: 2-12-2024

The hotel was lovely, very clean and very well situated. The staff were super helpful and very friendly.

Replace the water bottles each day.

Great location, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room but no milk and only enough products for one cup each. Having said that when we discovered no milk at 7.30am we called reception and staff brought us some milk immediately. Continental breakfast was the most we've paid 18 euros per person. Cooked breakfast was 25 euros and just cant bring myself to pay 50 euros for breakfast!

Excellent hotel with very good staff. Breakfast was perfect. Last minute booking that 3xceeded expectations and lovely area to be based.

Nothing. Even parking is sorted for you!

    10AndreaPosted on: 8-18-2023

Amazing staff with a lot of passion, great initiatives (music, etc.) and a special touch in making guest stays more comfortable.Recommended big time.

Maybe an indication for the parking would help.

One of the best Holiday-Boutique-Hotels we ever stayed. Small, calm, TOP-Service Team (Ghislan!!!) with a very discrete, kind and emphatic behavior. This Hotel ist focused to offer a relaxed stay. No Childs, no Dogs; Very stylish hotel rooms and we think the air condition was probably one of the best in our travel history (absolutely quiet, high efficient); The exterior - like pool & bar nice, chilled sound carpet, fantastic seafood focused restaurants and "cabanas" around. For a couple, searching just für relaxed stay, good food, no big trips (only Cap Feret, Dune Pilat, Pyle and Arcachon are interesting) - perfect place. Save parking possible.

Nothing in mind. It's a pity, but the small beaches are not serviced by bars / Hotels / sun lounger. It's not the kind of high-level beaches like Cote-a-Azur etc.

Superbly located newly built boutique hotel on the shoreline of the Bassin d’Archason. Wonderful interior design and high-quality materials making you feel surrounded by luxury and comfort. Secluded garden with swimming pool, bar and relax terrace on the first floor and the beach just behind the building. The staff is excellent, and makes every effort to make you feel at home and taken care of. Very nice breakfast. Andernos les Bains is a charming village with lots of boutiques and restaurants, and not to forget the small port within 10 minutes walking distance, where you can eat oysters fresh from the sea at the oyster bars or in one of the 5 restaurants. The Atlantic coast beach is with in half an hour drive and this is also a great area for bicycling or walking.

Nothing , it was so good we booked for an extra night.

    10JosephPosted on: 6-6-2023

The location of the hotel close to the Basin and Andernos town, the layout and rooms, lovely swimming pool and secure parking just 2 mins walk away.

    9BenedictePosted on: 6-1-2023

Fantastic staff, great design, amazing location, room size, comfortable bed, lovely terrace, direct access to the beach, although not used on this occasion: pool, bike rentals, bar, etc...

It might not have been in my current price range without booking.com last minute deal.If I was to be picky, a bath would have added a layer of luxury.

This hotel is simply marvellous - great view of the ocean, great location right on the beach, charming staff, extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay and will certainly return soon!

The music in the hotel's outside bar played into the night. It was not overly loud but it was audible in our room - while everything else was really quiet. As there was no one in the bar, it was unclear why the hotel would want to disturb the silence and blend out the lovely sound of the waves with this bothersome music. In fairness: we did not ask for the music to be turned down and expect that the truly sweet staff would have turned it down or off had we asked. Overall, we had an amazing stay!
