- All day in the pools

Cons -
- The room was super small for a family, with a standard couple bed. They mentioned that didn’t receive the information for a 3yo child. Not sure if the issue was due to booking or the hotel. By the end, the room was not comfortable for we three. Crib was offered, however my child also doesn’t fit in a small crib. Anyway, my complaint wasn’t solved. Also, they should have some options for food (healthy ones).
- The room was on exterior and with kids is not perfect to go out with towels to go to inside to the pool and then go outside to go to the bedroom.
- The bad smell in the bathroom, the size of the bathroom and, specially, the size of the lavatory. The noise from the other rooms. Bad WIFI in the room.

Nice facilities and welcoming personel.
The SPA was too noisy. Despite of the good offer guests didn't respect the "SPA concept" and were talking loud.
Nice breakfast with lovely view. Pool area great for the kids. Cosy restaurant!
Very strange with having the toilet seat and the sink in the bathroom as ”one”. No place to hang towels or wet bathing suits which is strange since it’s a spa hotel?
The room was super. the breakfast was acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The Spa although looks fantastic in the photos, it is too noise and it was too crowded during our stay. The modern area of the hotel is quite nice.
The restaurant seems that it doesn't belong to the Hotel, service and quality is poor and it is way too expensive for what it offers. Also Restaurant is closed on Mondays not offering too many option to the guest, SPA size is nice but too noisy, too crowded and dangerous . The hotel offers many lounge chairs in the different 3 floors but it was so crowded that we could only find a chair in the 3rd floor. On the second day they forgot to leave us bath towels in our room and we had to wait 1 hour for the towels after 4 phone calls to the reception, which ruined our dinner plans! There are 2 bars one close to SPA and another in the main hall, unfortunately the menu is the same which doesn't give too many choices if you want to have lunch and dinner in the hotel, specially on Mondays that Restaurant is closed.
It’s enormous, gorgeous establishment with such a luxurious atmosphere that also happens to give a comfortable and welcoming feel to it. The pools were nice. The water temperature was perfect. Loved that the gym was equipped with machines in perfect conditions and enough equipment to do most if not all exercises.
Was not a fan of the breakfast room though. The tables and chairs were not comfortable. For such a luxurious hotel, the room really looked out of place. On the first night, we slept with the room smelling of sewage, which was really strong, and we woke up to that smell as well. We closed the bathroom doors during the night. And when we woke up the next morning and opened the door to the shower, the smell was so strong that I was coughing and had to wait for the smell to clear up in order to be able to shower. During the second day and night, the smell was gone. On our last day, a few minutes before checking out, one of the cleaning ladies opened the room door whilst we were in the room. She knocked but didn’t wait for us to respond, but just went ahead and opened the door. When she noticed that there were people in the room, she immediately closed it and did not apologize.
The hotel and its facilities were outstanding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the main guy on reception who spoke very good English and helped us a lot. The spa and pool area was beautiful, it’s easy to just loose yourself and forget all your worries at their spa.
The journey too and from the hotel as it’s practically in a very small, quiet Town with nothing to do outside of the hotel. You really do need a car to get around. I prefer not to drive on holiday as I love the scenery of a new place.

The spa and pools are very impressive, we enjoyed these facilities.
They do not open the gym until 10am and breakfast finishes as 10:30. Exercising before breakfast is not an option which is ridiculous at a spa and wellness hotel. No kettle in the room. No mini bar in the room. The lift only fits one person at a time with cases so had to haul suitcase up and down stairs. Would not stay here again, way over priced for what you get and too restrictive with gym hours.
The spa, although busy in some periods, is amazing. External pools look great in summer.
Outdated bedroom, cleaningness was not spot on but ok.
Interesting sauna and spa although everyone is on their phones which should be forbidden.
People are allowed to bring phones to saunas and spa, this is beyond dumb, one of the guests even fell next to a jacuzzi because he was not holding the rails as he was recording on his phone. The Turkish sauna doesn’t have cleaning equipment, please look into how it’s done literally everywhere else on the planet, 0 attention to detail. Staff was always very unhelpful before the arrival and made many mistakes with the reservation which led to us having to pay for more on arrival, felt like a scam.
We had a nice room with fresh and stylish design.
I am not keen on blaming anyone or leaving bad feedback. I am an experienced traveller and have seen a lot. But my experience with this hotel deserves to be told.We stayed in the hotel for 1 night. The check-in:My check-in lasted for 40 minutes—about 35 minutes, I was waiting while a nice girl registered me and added all the data from my passport to the system. It is fine to provide opportunities to study for young specialists, but not during busy check-in hours…The room:The bed in the deluxe room is in the middle of the space, with two steps in front of it. So, at night, when you need to go to the bathroom, you will have to break both of your legs.A tiny refrigeratorNo kettle and, consequently, no teaThere was a robe for the spa, but there were no slippers. The pool:I understand that the hotel was busy on the day of our visit. But the water was not clean enough, so my child immediately got a bacterial infection, Rhinitis, and needs some treatments…( immediately meaning that the first symptoms appeared the very next day.)The Spa:The sauna was not hot enough, as the door was not closed properly, and all the heat went away. All spa facilities were not ready for the number of people using them…The restaurant :We booked a visit at the hotel’s restaurant. I requested the menu in advance (and did not receive it, with some strange response from the hotel). So, we picked a few dishes on-site. All the dishes were cooked very poorly. I had Bacalhau - the plate was huge, but the fish was very salty (it is acceptable for bacalhau … as I understand ); my husband had Black pork, which was also very salty! A few hours after dinner, I felt severe pain in my stomach; the following night was full of all the symptoms of poisoned food. Today is the second day of my “beautiful “ experience, where I still can't eat anything apart from water. I asked to bring something breakfast to the room (with tea) as I did not have the energy to get to the breakfast area.
An amazing hotel and definitely the biggest spa I ever been.
Children, teenagers and a very familiar scenario for a spa where you should be relaxing. It was very busy for a spa and I don’t think we should have waiting lines or damaged equipment at the spa for the price it’s paid.
Super spacious room, amazing decoration
This is just a comment: washrooms could be added by the kids swimming pool.
Spa was niceKids pool area is also nice
maintenance around some pools and weak live music in the pool area
This hotel was recommended to us by Portuguese friends who were delighted. At first it seemed like an ordinary hotel. But then we were able to appreciate all the advantages in detail, for example, the interior design and its convenience. The room was very large and comfortable. Everything is new. Carefully thought-out lighting and furniture. A comfortable bed, shower, clothes hanger and everything else! A wonderful view of the pool from a comfortable balcony. The hotel has many different room categories and buildings. If this is important to you, find out about the room and the view from the window in advance. There are several swimming pools, including a fun pool with music and a DJ, aqua aerobics and a bar where you can sit while in the water. Payment for food and drinks will be written on the card from the room. You can pay upon check-out. There is also a quiet pool and children's pools with slides. Pools, both outdoor and indoor. Many comfortable sun loungers. Some of them are in the water. There are beautiful sun umbrellas. Comfortable and beautiful beach towels. There are many guests, but there is enough space for everyone, the guests do not interfere with each other, but on the contrary, create a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel restaurant must be booked in advance, they cook delicious food there, and the restaurant is popular. We booked the restaurant immediately after booking a room at the hotel in messages on booking.com and did not regret it. But if there are no seats in the restaurant, then the bar in the lobby is suitable for a snack. There is also room service. There are several underground garages. The garage was convenient and new. Parking for guests is free. After dinner, I recommend walking around the area around the pools and taking photos. The photos turn out very beautiful due to the beautiful sky and the available lighting and the well-equipped territory.
Everything is fine!
Everything is amazing! The hotel has everything, the spa is incredible , the outside pools amazing. We loved everything
We loved everything. The only thing that could be better is the restaurant. A lot of tables, the working people are going one place to another and it makes the environment a little stressful. But the food was good!
Overall this is a fabulous resort in the heartland of Portugal. Staff are exceptional and the hotel facilities to food are top notch.
The room a little humid.
pool and spa circuit; breakfast; staff was amazing
the room was too tight, there wasn't a single place to hang our swimsuits and it was a little bit outdated.
