The hotel was nicer than I expected, really nice spacious, clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable. We asked if they had an iron we could use as we were attending a wedding and they got us a couple straight away, staff was always willing to help. Lovely big swimming pool.
Very helpful and friendly staffGood continental breakfast and good location for our trip
Accomodation and ease with staff.
Breakfast was ok but nothing special with packed good and previously prepared already.
Location was excellent. Value for money was exceptional
Breakfast was adequate but relied heavily on dough items. Rooms needed updating but the price I was paying was extremely cheap so it’s no wonder they can’t afford an updated look.
very nice place to stay for a few night ! nothing fancy but good location and clean ! very nice buffet style breakfast!!
I am from the city where this hotel is located and had some family including myself staying at Cruz da Mata and the staff was very helpful and we felt we where at home. Rooms where good size and confortable. Will definetly return.
