    Pros +

    • The pool and relaxation area were a godsend when we arrived on our motorbikes after a long riding day. The staff were friendly and the room was spacious with a great big balcony area. All super clean and quiet too.
    • Location and view. Fluffy towels in bathroom.
    • The location was excellent.

    Cons -

    • Nothing. We loved it there.
    • Uncomfortable beds, weak air conditioning, not allowed to use refrigerator. No toiletries offered besides hand soap. Lack of chairs and umbrellas around pool. Needs updates.
    • The breakfast was limited and the eggs were cold. No freshly cooked food left even though it was only 8:45

Very good and comfy Hotel for the price. Nice personnal and close to center

    9MilletePosted on: 1-27-2025

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good. Not as close to the centre as other hotels, but easy walk to the centre. They had hotel parking which was convenient breakfast selection was great.

They had paper cups instead of glasses in the room. The room was hot, so we had to open the balcony doors , which made it noisy to sleep at night. , Our room faced the road and It was a busy saturday night.

Very central city location with plenty of cafe and bars on doorstep and hotel was excellent value for money.

    Couldn't fault anything.

    5RogerPosted on: 11-12-2024

    everything

unfortunately we had a group of young people who were loud untill 1 am in the second floor corridor, no one from reception about to sort it.

    4JakePosted on: 10-28-2024

Location was good and the reception and lounge area were smart.

Read the small print, extra 18 euros each to use the spa facilities plus 12 euros to park. Hotel was fine but definitely not a four star property, 3 stars at best. Room was well used but clean. Part of a paid partnership with Booking.com so feel it's un deservedly elevated on the site.

Nice clean hotel, well located a short walk to the town centre bars, restaurants and shops.

On the same day as our stay there were several coaches of retirees staying there. Normally that’s fine, but they were given priority at every turn, we couldn’t have breakfast until they had been catered for, when we did go for breakfast we were pushed into a corner, and then the breakfast buffer had been devasted by the sheer number of people who had been through a very busy morning service.

Clean, Comfortable, decent breakfast.Fine for the one night stay.Eschewed the parking and parked on the street behind the hotel which was fine. Parking in front too.

    9HillisPosted on: 10-10-2024

We loved the spa. The rooms are a good size and nice to have a balcony

We would have like the option for an actual double bed, not two beds put together.

    8TravellingPosted on: 10-7-2024

Great room, great spa area, great underground garage and great location. Good food and facilities

Can sometimes be noisy, lots of coach parties using the hotel, and lots of smoking, constant smell of cigarettes in the corridors.

    Poor

I was refused a drink at the bar at 10 45 saying the bar closed at 11

    9SorchaPosted on: 9-17-2024

Beautiful location, lovely front of house staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Great views, extensive breakfast options

No kettle in the room. No porridge on the Sunday morning even though there were many athletes staying at the hotel who were due to compete

    8EdelPosted on: 9-16-2024

Friendly check in service. Good location to walk into town. Good breakfast with lots of options: fresh fruit, yogurt, pastry's, fresh bread, hot buffet, juice, coffee. Secure underground parking available.

Some parts of the hotel feel dated, had to book spa time & it cost €18. Secure parking extra charge.

    6NeilPosted on: 9-4-2024

Location was good. Breakfast was good.

Hotel looked a bit shabby and tired. Parking was expensive.

    10PbeeePosted on: 8-19-2024

The manager who welcomed me was superb. He was very concerned about the parking for my Lotus car as the ramp to the car park was steep. He came with me to make sure I didn’t scrap the under front edge. Very caring guy. The room selected for me was front facing either a nice balcony. Very tidy, clean and comfortable. Perfect.

The wiring worked in the bar and reception area but signal faded by the second floor.

    3AnitaPosted on: 8-13-2024

The room was spacious with a balcony.

It pretends to be a ‘spa’ but the spa was closed. Even if it would have been open, you could only reserve it for 50 minutes for 20 euro per person. This hotel should not call itself a spa. At reservation on Booking, this was not indicated anywhere. If it was, I would have booked elsewhere.

    10NeilPosted on: 7-24-2024

Spacious room, very helpful staff and lovely quiet location but close to everything.
