EXCELLENT stay. Staff very helpful, facilites clean and updated, very comfortable. Two available pools, one indoor and one outdoor - very nice. Exercise room looked nice, too. Breakfast was AMAZING. Would go back just for the breakfast. Overall our favorite stay of our trip.

I left my laptop at the hotel on my departure. I couldn't collect it for a month but the staff assured me they would keep it secure. I have since picked it up . It was reassuring to deal with such honest and upstanding people. They make the hotel. Thankyou

All was fine

I loved the two levels roomThe bed was very comfortable, I slept really well.I enjoyed the few complimentary snacks at the lobby.

That this was probably a good deal we found rather than the usual price. ?I missed a small coffee machine in the room.

Great location for a break in my journey. Easy walk into town with some wonderful views of the high Pyrenees. Nice friendly staff and a good breakfast. Although plenty of free parking is available, I appreciated the secure underground garage.

Nothing really

Fairly standard hotel block. Nice staff but the whole place feels tired - the outdoor pool is out of action and looks a mess (not clean). The safe in the room didnt work and when I reported it they couldn't fixt it but offered use of the main hotel safe. Secure underground parking is good. 10 minutes walk into town.

We didn’t realise that you had to put the sign out if you wanted your room to be cleaned. The breakfast was €20. We thought it was a bit expensive.

Nice modern hotel with good facilities. Underground secure parking, modern spacious rooms and bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

Superb! Lovely large room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and the breakfast was amazing.

Nice hotel, fantastic breakfast, nice room. No Internet for the whole duration of my stay, staff were aware but see unconcerned about it, I had to pay for mobile Internet at my own cost. I messaged the hotel to see how they intended to compensate me, the reply merely stated it was still off and outside their control.

Good value for money as usual. Nice buffet Sunday meal. Great garage.

I am surethat I booked inside parking as that seemed the only option on Booking. Com and cost 15 Euros but the parking was outside and free but I did not get a refund.Booking. com does not itemise what you have paid for on the confirmation email which makes it impossible to check what yobooked and the cost

A little way out from town

We were in a duplex room and it was big and very, very nice.

The sofa bed was really terrible. Imposible to sleep there. The location is also so, so. And the indoor swimming pool very warm and nice but the noise there is crazy.

A very nice room in a larger property. Easy walk to the city center. Really unexpected fabulous dinner

The room was clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lifts to rooms.

The hotel was hard to find and the entrance and reception not clearly signed.

Little bit of a walk to the main town centre but fairly flat so not too bad.
