Pros +
- The property is closed to everything. Very nice neighborhood . I arrived a little early, and was not able to check in, however, the manager was kind enough to work with me yo have an earlier checked in.
- Location excellent, close to old town and very quiet.
- This is the second time we book with this hotel. I love it. It's located in the perfect spot, easy to walk to town, not too difficult to park. The staffs are wonderful, friendly and attentive. Room is beautiful, clean and comfortable. the only thing that I have no comment is breakfast, we never ate in the hotel, there are just too many little bar/ resto to try.
Cons -
- The room was a little small but comparable to similar hotels in Europe.
- Tea and coffee would be an added bonus.
- Maybe don't wake the guests up at 9am to clean the room? and the sound from other room's guests is very loud and clear. Perhaps a bit work on sound insulation?

The location is good: a few minutes walk from the centre. This is better than the very centre, which is very noisy at times. You also have the possibility of parking in nearby streets. Breakfast is the typical hotel buffet: ham, cheese, bread, toast, cereals, coffee etc.
Some of the other guests were a bit loud late at night...
Central location, helpful owners and excellent value for money. The hotel had an old world charm you won’t find in a modern hotel chain.
Room was good, well located, friendly staff.
The location and its cleanliness
The heating was switched off.
The location adjacent to similar 'villas' was handy fir the Citadel and town.
Represenation on the website was more alpine rather than the dated dark woodwork interior of the 1970's
Simple style rooms but quality furniture. Bathroom good quality and very clean. Quiet location, across the road from the centre of Jaca, quite a few bars/restaurants and shops.
Perhaps a walk in shower rather than over the bath. Fridge and kettle would be useful. Continental Breakfast was just ok, limited choice of cereals.
Good location for the town, staff were very helpful with parking and sorting things, breakfast was good
Room was just a little small, was struggling getting round the bed
The location and the history behind. Breakfast was great.
Very likely bed bugs bites and the bed was not comfortable.
LocationSpacious roomValue for money
Breakfast poor. Definitely not value for money. Better to have eaten in a cafe.Shampoo was supplied but I noticed the trolleys carried body lotion etc. We didn't get any. Found previous clients hair gel under chair in room....
Staff, breakfast , location.
Dark hot room, no a/c, ventilation in bathroom was poor.
Excellent location, very helpful and pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
Central location. Street parking by hotel available.
Ceiling fan but no air conditioning
Been using this hotel for over 20 years. It's in what looks like a big family house, an old building with lots of exposed beams, heavy traditional wooden furniture, etc. It's situated in a side street featuring a park, so it's fairly quiet. Parking near the property is usually possible; they have a dedicated unloading slot. It has a family feel, and I'm welcomed back like an old acquaintance. No restaurant but good breakfast, including Spanish options.
Great position. Good breakfast. Rooms ok. Beds comfortable. Good night sleep. Secure parking.
The room, the hotel’s decoration, the breakfast, the staff.
The toilet bin used by previous guests had not been emptied when we arrived (still, we didn’t say anything).
comfy room, very central, lovely breakfast
Location was great. Gorgeous old building with beautiful features. Lovely that they offer coffees. Great they have a lift service. Reception were very helpful especially when we had to leave early on our last day to catch a bus to Zaragoza. We didn't spend much time in our room because we were out every single day
High step leading into bathroom kept challenging us especially when half asleep in the night.... the shower was a tad challenging for me as I'm disabled so my husband had to assist me. Window in our room didn't have much of a view.... it was a view of the fire escape. No heating that we could see. Bed wasn't very comfortable. WiFi speed was really slow so I couldn't do the work I needed to do on my phone
