    • Size of the bedrooms
    • It's quite a grand resort style hotel. It felt like we were the only people there. It reminded me slightly of The Overlook Hotel ?. Rooms are spacious and comfortable as are the common areas. Breakfast was good although I didn't like having to ask for coffee rather than getting my own from a machine. I don't know how they cope when it's busy.
    • Nice building and good sized room. Well kept. Nice Interior design. MEP services in good working order. Perfect cleanliness. Nice breakfast.

    Cons -

    • Dirty, abandoned, dangeroud toilet with broken flooring i could cut myself heavily with the broken parquet, smell in the room like if you were in the kitchen staff didnt bother, food was really bad, no room service, no, no basic stuff for a 4 star hotel, use of the spa is not included, and i could continue 4 days writting the extremly bad experience of this hotel.
    • The swimming pool and spa are payable extras and they weren't open anyway despite it clearly saying on Booking.com that the pool and spa were open. We were planning to stay in France that night and went out of our way after skiing in Panticosa to go there because we wanted somewhere with a pool. It was a complete waste of time because it's in the middle of nowhere with absolutely nothing to do.
    • Reception takes a long time to assist in any matter (Manpower problem).Had to wait for an hour to access the Spa despite reservation made the day before (Manpower problem).

    The beds were comfortable enough

Our experience started with a check in at 18:30 we did not get to our room until almost 21:00. The reason for it was a non functioning door lock. The young lady at the counter did her best to work it but at the end she could not do anything, there was no engineer available to fix it. We were then upgraded to the suite (which we had rented for the following night anyways) the suite looked good but the first night the AC (the main reason we us picked the hotel) was not working, when I asked about it they say they know but that was that...The suite is a duplex type apartment with the bedroom under the roof in a mezzanine setup so it was extremely hot.The main job of a hotel is to provide a comfortable night for its clients, the first night was a definite fail.We were traveling as a family, the other feature that made us pick the hotel was the swimming pool but it closes at 20:00 so considering we did not make it to our final room until 21:00, we missed out on that. The manager as a gesture to ease our discontent offered us a two hours "spa access" which is actually the indoor pool in the basement, the kids were happy but I found no real pleasure in it.I was ready to reset my expectation for the next day but I felt that breakfast was a let down for 15€ and after a day exploring around when we came back to the hotel, the same issue with the Air conditioner happened again, this time it got restarted around 23:00. So the room was cool enough around 1am.We went down for breakfast the next morning because it was included in the price of the room, but did not enjoy it much more than the previous day.The hotel probably was really nice 15 years ago but it is desperately in need of updating. The staff was nice but not very helpful, I will not be returning to this property nor would I recommend it to my friends.

Terrace and quiet time were lovely. Pool was great and staff very helpful. Dinner and breakfast were fine.

Some of the tapas was inedible, the worst croquettones and patatas bravas we’ve ever been served.

Secure bike parking, nice room with balcony, lovely pool area, great evening meal and superb buffet breakfast.

    Bad

Very bad condition of the hotel, not clean, rude staff, location very poor, nothing that hotel and houses, no transport, no supermarket, not any type of services, very isolated location, the hotel seema very bad condition

The setting was very nice, friendly staff, big room. Underground car park.

Menu choice was limited, breakfast prices at 15 euros each are what you would expect to pay in London! These need to be reduced to attract more custom. Chargeable underground car park, why?

Everything was perfect in the Hotel as with the staff and the rooms. It's in a superb location.

Everything was perfect. Except the food . It was tasteless . The pizza had been microwaved to death. The chips were potato wedges very white in colour. The chicken was edible.

A good stop off pint on way into Pyrenees and lovely balcony view

Tired property. No golf and spa was 30€ just for an indoor swim (no info on this at time of booking !! ).

Love the staff, location, and room vibes.

Only bad thing is that the bathroom smelled really bad.

    8DmitryPosted on: 2-22-2024

The location is super nice: surrounded by mountains and nice views for the those who like nature and mountains.

No kettle, no couple of glasses for a water, no tea or cofe in the room

Beautiful scenery, close to the Pyrenees, good free parking for motorbike.

On arrival after a long ride on our motorbike , we checked in at 2.00pm , and could not get a drink anywhere in the hotel , the bar didn't open until 4.00pm and we weren't even offered a coffee or water ! We were looking forward to using the indoor pool ( one reason for booking hotel ) and it was unavailable to use ! Restaurant menu very restricted . We were booked for 2 nights but disappointed so only stayed one night .

The room was lovely, very clean and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The hotel lobby was very stylish and comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the evening and the waiter was very helpful. The free underground parking was a bonus.

    Nice and cozy bedroom

You have to pay for the Spa separately and the pool closes too early at 8pm. Should atleast be open till 10 or 11pm. Also food is horrible.

    8JonathanPosted on: 8-30-2023

Large room with very comfy beds. Had a great night sleep, very peaceful location. Breakfast was good. Also had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant which was good value.

    7Kris2022Posted on: 1-2-2023

Nice views, friendly staff and comfortable beds

The rooms are definitely not sound proof. Hope for quiet neighbours because the walls are thin. Don't get a room above the restaurant.

    8GerbrandPosted on: 12-31-2022

    The suite is very nice.

Pity that you have to pay extra for the pool. Food is low quality for such a hotel.
