Very clean. Good spot to explore the neighbourhood. Good breakfast.

Very reasonable price, Fast check-in, friendly hard-working efficient staff, ultra clean throughout, great location near downtown Jaca and the Fortress/Citadel (6 min walk), quiet at night even if downtown, comfortable bed, free parking, seems to attract motorcycle riders and is ready to accommodate them (ie, me), reasonable price for breakfast at 10 euros, perfect for a one night overnight on a motorcycle tour like I was on

Quibbles only: Bathrooms in rooms are not the same renovation standard as room or lobby; hairdryer was dirty and cables were frayed (I don't use them anyway, but maybe for the hotel staff should have a look at them?), pool only opens June 1 even though in May it's warm/hot (33C on my arrival)

Great location near the older part of town. The free parking is limited but the hotel also has a covered paid car park at €10 per night. There are also two free car parks around the corner. 2/5:minute walk. The staff were very helpful in pointing this out and helping us even with our beginner Spanish ? The room size was fine. The buffet breakfast was good value at €10 per person!

Location was perfect, decent breakfast and the room was nice.

The bathroom had a horrible smell and not warm or hot water even though I talk to the staff and did not solve anything. The room was way to hot and I could not lower the temperature because of the central heating system.

Well located in the centre of Jaca. Free parking (if available). Good size room and good value. Breakfast was poor value at €10. I looked at the selection and choose to eat outside.

Perfect location and value for money. We only stayed one night as we did a roadtrip.Some stuff might be outdated but functional.Parking at the premises was fine and restaurant/cafeteria nearby as is a supermarket.

The location is great to walk into the old town and the hotel has private parking.

Room above staff/ delivery entrance. Crashing of rubbish/bottles going on at midnight and early morning. Staff very noisy when entering for morning shift. Poor soundproofing could hear every noise on corridor. Thank goodness we got heavily discounted rate or there would have been a lot of complaints. Don't think we will rush back.

Friendly staff, and garage parking for motorcycle. Good location for the centre of Jaca. The room had a nice view of the pool.

A lot of noise in the room came from people walking and talking in the corridors and public areas. Soundproofing would be a bonus.

Great location....only a very short walk to everything including theBars and restaurants ...The Hotel does not have a bar !!Plenty of parking on site...Motorcycle friendly.Would recommend.

Near restaurants. Parking ok if you arrive early. Comfortable rooms and beds.

Te breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Plenty of choice and delicious.

very limited places in the car park and its not very easy to find parking space nearby.The waitresses at the hotel restaurant seemed like they didn't want to work.
