Hotel & Spa Real Jaca

Check in and check out were quick, smooth and efficient. The bar and bar food menu were excellent and the food was perfect.

The restaurant evening menu was not really to our taste. A few international dishes would be nice.

The breakfast is poor. The juice isn’t natural. In one day didn’t have omelette…. I told reception that we were out of shower gel and the next day, it was the same.

Very comfy bed, spotless modern bathroom, although the rainforest shower head didnʻt seem to work. Breakfast was perfect to fuel you before a dayʻs skiing in Candnachu & Astun.

I booked in this place for the Spa after a day skiing , but we found out that we have to pay 20€ each for only one hour , when I have done the booking wasn’t informed about it

The overall price for the 4 nights was very good and the room were fine and very clean. It was very close to the city center (4-5 min walking). Value for money amazing.

The food at the cafeteria/restaurant was poor and tasted bad. SPA is very small and not included in the price. Honestly in a 4 stars hotel I expect to be able to use it and without limitation of time.

Not in the city centre, there is short walk but steep. I wish the blinds in the room could make it very dark.

I left a tablet in my room.The staff found it and returned it to my address overseas. So very helpful.

A reasonable sized room with a comfy bed. The bathroom and shower were also good. A spacious lobby with access to a bar area and restaurant. Very good choice of food for breakfast. We used the spa facilities twice - they were good, without being exceptional. Parking was on-street, outside or near the hotel - we never had a problem finding a space. The hotel is located a short walk from the main town, which we tended to use in the evening for food. If we were visiting Jaca again, we'd most likely stay at the Real again.

There's nothing to really pick out as a negative - it's a very clean hotel and more than met our needs. If I was to suggest any improvement it would be tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

the restaurant of the hotel was closed the whole week.. since this is the main reason i choose this hotel (its a very good restaurant.. with a varied menu).. i was very disappointed..

Good overnight spot for crossing Pyrenees into France. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Basic but well presented and enjoyable food options at night and a good breakfast buffet. Good water pressure in bathroom.

Thin walls and noise travelled easily.

Very good breakfast and a bar area that was open from 7am until 11pm. Friendly staff. Excellent massage in the spa area in the basement. Easy to park in front. Tranquil area just outside of the busy old town area.

The location was absolutely beautiful, the hotel was immaculate and the rooms were a great size, very nice and a gorgeous bathroom! Very comfy and big beds too! Would love to return in the winter sometime!
