Pros +
- Excellent location. Very helpful staff
- Ideal overnight stay with our dog. Clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Excellent location.
- Reception were a 10, Pets welcome, clean.
Cons -
- No Air con in rooms
- Beds were very poor and tired and room sparse. 8 out of 10travellers from outside of Spain will speak basic or good English yet TV only offer Spanish when an App could deliver English speaking channels at little cost ??
- Parking is 15 euro's and a small dog is 10 euro's per night so if you stay multiple nights it can become expensive. Other hotels we have stayed in charge for a dog per visit rather than per night. When we stayed it was early January and although the room radiators were switched off, room 16 felt like a sauna with the floor being extremely hot to the touch at one side. I suspect the heating boiler must be below that part. We would stay again but not in room 16.

The hotel location is within the centre of the city and ideal for sightseeing. The reception staff were very pleasant and the cost of the room was very good. We have stayed here before and would stay again, but not in room 16 - see negative comments.

The location is good.
The ‘Queen’ room was just a basic single room with a small double bed. As the room wasn’t designed as a room for two people there was just one power outlet to charge our phones, and annoyingly the bed had to be pushed up next to the light switches, so they went under the pillows. This meant frequently it was easy to turn the lights on by accident when sleeping. Very noisy guests with no staff to deal with it. and bad ventilation led to 2 nights of not much sleep.
Exactly what we needed. Very near to ice rink. Nice staff and breakfast was ok for 8€.
The noise, not sure if it was just our room but very noisy. Says flat screen tv but we didn’t have a Tv ??♀️.
Pleasant staff. Simple, but clean room.
No parking and a little difficult to find.
Receptionist very kind to my dogs giving them water and treats. She ensured that there was avocado and tomato and oat milk provided for me at breakfast and the waitress was expecting me at breakfast and gave me the promised and delicious breakfast.
Location is superb in the middle of the town. Parking is on the road about 200m away if you want it free. At certain times the roads are closed to traffic so you have to carry your luggage (this doesn’t apply in the mornings). The Wi-Fi works and the staff are very helpful - that is why we have returned four times. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Our room this time had an internal courtyard view that wasn’t the best but we were only there to sleep!
Stayed here before, so, happy to return. In the middle of the town surrounded by bars and restaurants. Staff and wi-fi very good. You have to be prepared to walk 100m or so from the parking with your bags but this applies to most hotels in Jaca.
The location was perfect and the staff were very nice and kind
One of the reason we chose this place was because it was advertised as having high speed internet in the rooms, and we needed to do some remote work during these days. We even called beforehand to make sure this is the case, and they confirmed. However, we didn't have any internet in the room, the wifi was probably not reaching that part of the hotel. They didn't want to give us another room unless we paid additional charge. Another thing that was super uncomfortable was the heat. It was over 30 degrees in the room, constantly. It was not getting lower during the night, the walls were super warm, and it was impossible to sleep.
The location was perfect for short stay city break . The staff were very helpful and made us welcome. Very good value.
Breakfast was basic. Coffee, cereal, donuts and croissants.
We would have liked a fridge in the room. We had bought many items at the store and would have liken to have a fridge to put them in. However the hotel did allow us to put them in there fridge overnight.
It’s location and cleanliness
The building is made of concrete and stone and does transmit noise
The lady on reception was a gorgeous person. I don’t speak Spanish and she helped me with the room access and breakfast times. A super stay. Loved it
Perhaps the advert of motorcycle parking could have been better advertised as I only saw this at reception, but this is not a negative… just a point that would have helped me. ?
Not applicable , to comment on breakfast. We parked 5min from the hotel , without a problem , no charge , the hotel was very clean , for a one star it was very good . Our dog was made welcome . Close to all restaurants and bars , and places of interest.
The noise from the bar below , closing shutters around 2am , no hairdryer in the room , we were on the top floor which would be difficult for some , for us it was OK
