1. Hot breakfast included with rate and the option of all inclusive (all meals) 2. All areas were cleaned. 3. Staff was customer oriented.

They should add: shampoo and conditioner. Also, provide a SET of towels (body and face towel, wash cloth). Many travelers no longer carry those items.

Near the black sand beach

The lobby when you check in.. not a pleasant welcome. The towels for the beach were $12. Didn?t know until check out .

Staff was welcoming and friendly.

Rooms could of had better toiletries for the price we paid. Also should of been advise that the beach dirty and you could swim there.

Lamentablemente por la emergencia de la falta de electricidad no pudimos permanecer en el hotel debido a que no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

Beachfront and staff

Better and safer access to the beach would've been greatly appreciated. Beach and patio room chairs as well.

the only thing i liked was the swimming pool area and the room

yes no wifi liked they offered us didint work the game room was out of order the ac wasent as cold as it should be they have a sighn in the bathroom saying to conserve water they can only provide us with 2 bathroom towels for us to keep reusing it
