Royal Palace Hotel

The room was very nice and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful . All staff Worked hard to ensure our needs were met. Excellent hotel .

There wasn¿t anything i didn¿t like. There are small changes that could be made like staff paying more attention to detail such as ensuring the food is brought hot and not warm . But over all excellent service was provided by all staff.

I didn't like the view from the my room..there were no balconies as it mentioned. The bathroom was not good as we saw cracks in the toilette seat and the washing basin and the door handle of the shower was broken.The TV was not working properly.I informed the hotel about my knee operation so they made us use the elevator from the restaurant's entrance..the reastaurant closes at 11 pm so I had to use the hotel enterance with more than 12 steps..this was totally inconvinient for my health issues.I feel bad that we're going to book again in this hotel.

Not very good

Hotel was veey dangerous as all electric cables was on the floor, they wearing some works.I did trap on the cables. Hotel bathroom was really bad as water wasn't good. Hotel was very warm as air-conditioning system wasn't working as it should for Cyprus hot weather. Also it was a kids party in the hotel and it was very very noisy, when I mentioned to reception, they said they cannot do anything.Hotel worker was carrying the towels with a supermarket trolley. That is the reason I'm saying, it was not hygienic at all.

We had initially booked our stay for 8nights but by the 2nd night, we knew we had to cut the trip short as our reason for travelling in the first place was cancelled. We gave a 3 nights notice. Meaning we would stay for 5 nights in total. We told the receptionist on duty that we needed to amend our dates. He said it wasn't a problem, but he could not do directly from the hotel as i booked through booking.com.I called booking.com, and within minutes, everything was ammended, and i was told the hotel will refund us for the remaining 3nights. At this point, another receptionist had come on duty, he insisted that we were not due any refund because they had reserved the room for us for 8nights and we were liable to pay if we cancelled.I explained that this was not a cancellation or a NO SHOW, it was simply an amendment with 3 days notice.. it was a very torturous experience and if not for the intervention of booking.com, we would not have been refunded. The back and forth lasted for 2days and certainly compounded our stress. The shower room has nowhere for you to put your shower gel, soap dish and sponge.We were having to put our bathing accessories on the floor during shower and taking it back out afterwards As simple as it sounds, it was such an inconvenience. Breakfast was okay but could have a little more, e.g, butter. More hot options would not be a bad idea too e.g fried eggs

The location was right for us, although it's a bit away from anything.

They need to improve the parking facilities - a watery waste ground opposite the hotel is not good enough.

The hotel was not the same as the photos they pot it on the website, Room was dirty and smell of cigarette , and the breakfast was included, but they asked for more money, not working, not a good Internet connection , for the price I paid I,m not happy, when you having shower the water leaking every in toilet and room , and on safe , not recommended to any one

it was really cold all along in Cyprus!i freeze in my room during the 4 nights because of their light blanket and the bathroom was an everyday challenge as well because of the cold and the material they used to build it! BAD EXPERIENCE !Plus, my trial at their dining room was a failed. Nothing was available and what i ordered came cold!

Everything about Royel Palace Hotel was amazing, very Clean, breakfast and dinner. A lot of choices, you can choose to order from restaurants or buffets. I appreciate your hospitality, indeed I will come back in December and I must stay there again?

I love this hotel,all was perfect ?Spotless,only parking bit difficult.. reception are so nice there there willing to help you more ,Thank you somuch , definitely I will be back more often ?

new hotel, but basic not enough parking, there is no coffee at the breakfast only turkish and the breakfast is only 4 things, need more variety olease remove this something like omelete which actually onions with some eggs. employes some of them know the basic of english, some not even the basic. needs little of bit something and please all of the member of the hotel wear uniform even the manager to be on suit. nice hotel with potentials but... need something now its just basic or average nothing special to go again.
