Cons -
- Yes, the hotel staff tried to bill me for services at the bar, I did not order. Upon further investigation the hotel staff realized, I did not order any beverage items, but did apologize properly and did this in front of other guest.
- No pool
- The breakfast was below expectations,I ordered & paid for breakfast room service and it was the same food (terrible!). Also I was told at check in there would be no guest or visitors allowed.I was in Medellin for a group tour which made my trip difficult
