- The staff, they made me feel safe and welcome, the front desk girls they help me and answer all my questions made me feel I know them for years, and the security Mauro made me feel like family he guide me the right way to the nice places. Thanks everyone
- This hotel was beautiful and had an amazing staff! Hotel employee makes the best drinks, the food was good, and the room was super cute.

- The staff is made up of very young people who have no experience and are very frustrating to deal with
