- The Spa
- Great location, fantastic pool area with amazing views. Close to the beach. Fantastic restaurant for dinner and cocktails. The ideal place to stay in Taormina! Super recommended
- The views are stunning.
Cons -
- The room was too tight , bad smell inside, I had the impression that it was close since a while , there was a huge insect on the curtains , there was no soap on the sink , I due a shower there was two container of shampoo no shower soap and one of the towel in the bidet was stained with blood and another towel was real old an dark color and all ruined .
- Claustrophobic is an understatement. We could hear our 2 neighbours like they were in the room with us and they weren't exactly being loud. The gym was pretty abysmal, the heaviest dumbbell being 10KG and a rowing machine that is simply dangerous. On top of that, the Spa and pool seem to be shared with people not staying there so it feels very cramped. The restaurant is a complete rip off too, waited an hour to be served with a wheat pasta dish which anyone could cook at home.

The property was lovely. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. We were provided free drinks daily in the fridge free of charge. The breakfast had a large variety to choose from. They even offered me a gluten free selection since I am Coeliac. The restaurant was elegant and the food was delicious. Very friendly and professional staff especially the young lady Rosita that served us.
We liked everything.
The placement . The views are breathtaking ! It is clean and staff was great
I liked everything
+Great spa+Nice views+Decent breakfast buffet+Modern amenities in the room
-Despite the AC it was a bit warm in the room
The Spa & Breakfast
I had the top attic room ,which does not help when your tall ,& no Air-conditioner was working
My friend and I had to find a place near mount etna for our hike the next morning, which in that case the resort was absolutely fine for it. Honestly, if it was more than one night or we were a family I think I would be disappointed.
- beautiful hotel and area.
- Booked a room with one large bed, but got one with two small separate beds, and they weren't able to resolve this issue.
We came with our mountain bikes to train around Mount Etna for the whole week.We had a beautiful spot outside the hotel with a patio and a view over Zafferana. At first, we struggled a bit with the four-star atmosphere and the formal dining setup. But by the end of the week, we left as friends, especially with Simona ? at the reception and Salvo ?? and his older friend ??in the restaurant. We love these people.Best regards, and highly recommended!

the spa, the kindness and friendly staff❤️ the food?
very nice and elegant hotel in the mountains only 20 min. drive from Rifugio Sapienze [Mt. Etna]. Very big terazzo, great SPA, spacious room, great breakfasts
pretty weak Wi-Fi, most of the time I was using my private mobile hot-spot
The simphaty, politeness and nice job of all.The spa very good also.
Can't adjust the thermostat in my room, but not a Big deal.
The location of the property and the scenery around is beautiful. They have a good breakfast and also cater for any dietary restrictions. The indoor pool and Spa facilities are also very good.
The rooms are not sound proof and you could hear the noises from next door as if there were in the same room, particularly the rooms in the dependance block. The main door of the common area does not close properly and keeps slamming whenever someone comes in or when it is windy. I happened to have a room as soon as you go in and could barely sleep at night due to the sound of the slamming door! I complained twice about it but no action was taken.
The hotel assigned a wrong camera for disabled person. After a lot of back and forth they chenged the camera. The hotel did not have easy access for disabled. The front doors were blocked with vase and the ramp blocked with tables and chairs. It was raining a lot, Nobody helped with the luggage. Due to weather alert conditions we decided to leave the hotel 2 hours after we arrived. The hotel didn't understand the situation and charged two nights. This is the new way to make money, without offering a good service.

The hotel is ideally located near Etna Park, making it a great choice for excursions. Some rooms and the restaurant offer stunning views of the entire coastline. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality products to choose from. Both the heated pool and the spa are very enjoyable, though they can get a bit crowded at times.Additionally, the customer support is very good, with staff being friendly and attentive to guests' needs.
The room, bathroom, and shower are quite small, and unfortunately, the room wasn’t as clean as we expected. Regarding the pool, it’s available for families with kids only from 19:00 to 20:10. Given the pool's small size, it can get crowded during this time. Additionally, the late schedule makes it challenging to use the pool and still have time to dine at a nearby restaurant the same evening. As a result, the only practical dinner option is at the hotel. However, the hotel offers a fixed dinner menu of average quality. The price of the dinner is not displayed, and we were surprised at checkout to find it quite expensive – €45 per adult and €45 per child.
Location is very nice and quiet b fast good Parking no problem nice view from our room panoramic
A lot of people shouting in the corridors
SPA
Industrial breakfast for money value, Room not acoustic insulated properly
The location and the view.
Small room for being a double and also the bathroom not very comfortable.
The room we booked was beautiful, modern, and spacious , breakfast was superb, view amazing. We had no time for apa facilities, but I believe it would have been a pleasant experience .
We had to climb 2 stories of stairs from the outside in the rain with our language, the reception could informationed us that there was a gate that we could manage to open and get through by car near our room.
