    • Spa
    • helpful front desk from the lady from Portugal(can't recall her name).Very good restaurant.
    • The room was charming and bright with a pool view and you could see some of lake Geneva through the trees. It had a nice little terrace which I used to sit out in the sun. Very close walk into the medieval town. There was on site parking at the hotel. And a decent breakfast for extra. While we didn’t have time to use the spa, it looked like a nice jacuzzi. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this sweet place. A peaceful retreat!

But, this hotel didn't, and charged for even refilled coffee. In USA this kind of nastyhotel regulation can't be evenimagined.

incredible location, just one block from entrance to charming medieval walled city of Yvoire along lakeside path. fantastic restaurant on the terrace overlooking Lac Leman. Lovely spa, whirlpool, steam room, sauna, two small pools. Large room with all the amenities. Convenient parking lot.

This is a stylish, high quality hotel on the edge of Lake Geneva. While we did not have time to sample the spa facilities, the sense of well-being pervades your stay. Our room was large, well equipped and blessed with a very comfy bed. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the enjoyment of our stay. Secure private parking for our motorbike.

Beautiful setting, quiet, lovely staff, nicely arranged and spacious room, delicious food

Really not much. Could have used a couple more hooks for hanging wet bathing suits

Very spacious, airy and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. If you want a place to just chill out, then I don’t think you could do much better than here.

Villa Cécile is a little gem in a historic village on the Lake of Geneva. It is beautifully set in a nice garden, with two outdoor pools, with dinner served on a terrace (we were there in July) and with a view on the Lake. Dinner and breakfast were of high quality, details are being taken care off. This address is one to come back to and can be recommended without any hesitation. Staff was really very welcoming and helpful.

    We liked everything!

The accommodation was lovely the rooms furnished with shabby sheak.. lovely, very comfy bed. The facilities offered by the hotel were great pool, loungers, chairs tables..beautiful set out very nice. bar menu served at lunch or restaurant menu.Staff couldnt do enough for you, excellent.

Was not impressed with breakfast that was available, at 22 euros each not very good value for what was on offer...Big No...

Nice and charming hotel, a few steps away from the touristically crowded historical center of yvoire. High quality restaurant and great breakfast

Beautiful place, very caring attitude from all staff I met, amazing food in the restaurant, very comfy bed, I just would like to have smaller pillow (I normaly sleep on children size pillow).I definately would like to come back again.

The property was nicely located to the town and had a garage which was extremely useful at this popular touristic site,

We loved our stay at Villa Cecile, the whole place is wonderful, clean, bright and beautifully furnished. Our room had a lovely view over the pool and we could also see the lake through the trees. It's really close to the main part of the medieval town so perfect for sight-seeing. It's also lovely to come back and relax around the pool on a hot day. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant which was a bit of a treat as it was quite pricey. All of the staff were friendly and helpful too. It's a gorgeous place and worth treating yourself to a stay.

My other half thought the pool was too cold for swimming in! I found it refreshing :-)

    6NorbertPosted on: 9-9-2023

The location is pleasant and quiet. The room was quite good but with few facilities (no coffee machine, no drinks, ...) for a 4-star hotel.

The receptionist was not very welcoming. Even at check-out, she didn't ask how the stay had gone and just put the bill on the desk.
