Location is good if you need silent environment

They didn't even open the door. The lobby was closed although I had send a message for late check-in. They don't care messages sent via booking.com.

Nothing, the place was closed and we had to find another place to stay

Noise insulation is not good, and we have clearly morning bell from church, also, one person pass many time with motocross in the street.Breakfast content was very simple/limited.Fish on menu was "Sandre", but it was finally, replaced by a trout,

The room/pillows/bathroom were very dirty, which I find unacceptable! The room also had an awful smell. Also, upon our departure, the lady at the reception asked us to pay the 2€ extra fee for the taxes, in a very rude way, before even saying good morning.

the service was amazing at the restaurant, our waiter was really happy, helpful and kind. It felt like we knew each other from a long time and he was kind enough to explain the drinks and dishes, really rare in France. Thank you again, keep on the good work

The room was cold when we arrived because the heat was off and it was a really cold night, but I understand we need to save as much as possible energy.

My complaint about a shower which flooded the bathroom was dealt with promptly and effectively.

There was no light above the bathroom mirror, which made shaving difficult.

The dinnerservice was very good: Friendly waitress, fair prices and a tasty menu!

it was a hot night (heatwave… not the hotels fault but it was hot)

We arrived late, but the hotel found a handy solution for us to get in the room before settling everything in the morning. Very handy. The environment is quiet and Colmar is rather close by car, only few kilometers. The staff offered coffee before we went on our way.
