Excellent Breakfast, Fabulous location, Beautiful Alps & river view from the room & the smiling team. Lucerne boat station is next to the hotel, Hotpot & Sauna, Clean neighborhood, Easy access to Lucerne by Ferry.

No other restaurants nearby, On d way to Lucerne, in 6 km from hotel, beware of very overpriced Chinese restaurant (paid 100$ for one person dinner), More tourist info required at reception

Transportation to Lucerne or Zurich not great and expensive

We had a very pleasant stay at Campus Hotel in Switzerland. The facilities are excellent, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation. You can swim directly in the lake, and many rooms (including ours) offer beautiful lake views. There is also a sauna room with a lovely view near the lake, which was a wonderful way to unwind.The hotel provides a variety of recreational options — paddle board rentals and kayak rentals (very reasonably priced at 10 CHF), along with complimentary bicycles and electric scooters. Although the location is not in the town center, we actually enjoyed using the bikes and scooters to ride to Weggis town, about 1 mile away. It was very convenient and a fun way to explore the area.The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to the young man at the front desk, Illias, who was exceptionally welcoming and professional — he really made our stay more enjoyable.One area that could be improved is the breakfast. Although breakfast officially runs until 10:30, by around 9:40, some items like eggs and meats were already running low, and the overall selection of food was quite limited. While it was possible to order some eggs from the staff, we expected a bit more variety.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return, especially for the relaxing lakeside setting, the sauna with a view, and the excellent service.

all studios and apartments have now view to the lake . the hotel does not have any activities , no sports zones such as tennis courts, tables tennis, billiards, a piano , chess tables ,

Location on the lake. That was the only good thing

They had us booked all the way in the back of the hotel and limited our access to the main lobby area, restaurant, gym … etc claiming they had “SPECIAL GUESTS” like everyone else didn’t matter even though I had booked their biggest and most expensive room for 5 nightS

Really a review of two halves, we stayed a week, the first four days, beautiful, lovely facilities, the children loved the lake and water sports but halfway we returned to a note on a stand saying the restaurant and sunbathing area and access to the lake would closed for the next month as another guest had booked it all! Nothing mentioned at checkin, or personally explained to us. A pop up restaurant was provided, but only in good weather, the next day it rained so nothing provided… we had no car and had to get something delivered.. and walk to a lido in next town 20 mins away so the children could swim… very disappointed, felt like trespassers, spoilt trip, and the Italian ladies football team (the other guests) didn’t even arrive for two more days… appalling treatment of existing guests and awful customer service

The location is stunning. The Service was very poor . Stuff doesn’t speak Swiss dialect.

The most incredible location. Suite was spacious, comfortable with a balcony overlooking the most beautiful scenery.

A lack of room service - as we travelled with a dog we could not eat in the restaurant (we understand this). We were able to order food from the kitchen but staff knowledge in this was not uniform( one told me I had to go down to order) and then you had to pick it up yourself. Below our expectation for this level of hotel. Then water was not topped up during our stay and our shower was luke warm the morning we left x

Location Staff

The location of the apartment is far from the lobby and need passing through the car parking then long corridor and 2 elevators. After closing A/C, we could not open it again, the window is fixed closed and cannot be opened in master bedroom. We were 4 persons and there is only one bathroom with shower in same location. The room service will come every 5 days (whole stay no cleaning).

Spacious and clean room with lake view, fantastic location, great area nearby, friendly staff.

It would be great if there was a dog-friendly area in the restaurant (in case of rain or cold weather).

Beautiful hotel with a stunning location right on the lake. The private beach was amazing and kayaking at sunset on the lake was our highlight for the stay. The staff were very attentive and a special thank you to Jules in particular who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Usually I stay at the hotel but it was fully booked this time, The apartment we stayed in was dirty when we arrived and there were no daily housekeeping service in addition there was not room service despite the fact that it’s located close by the hotel

Right on the lake with a gorgeous view. The room had a lovely terrace. Very nice and helpful staff. The boat to Lucerne stops right in front of the hotel and is very convenient to the city.

The room was small and the twin beds (we wanted a king) were small and not that comfortable. The shower was a tub shower and was slippery. Dim lighting at the vanity mirror makes it hard to put on makeup. Not many vegetarian options in the restaurant. Other restaurants were 1/2 hour walk away. It is a long cab ride from the Lucerne around the lake to the hotel. When we learned about the boat we used that- faster and nicer.

we stayed in suite, where usually some coffee capsules or tea bags should be included, but there was nothing. we had to ask reception, so he said we can buy it from hotel.

The place and the facilities are 1000000/10 Loved it and loved the view

Perfect location. There are plenty of things to do in the hotel area. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, the swimming area is peaceful and clean.

The way from the parking to the apartment is a bit complicated.

several things were very disappointing, frustrating- no bar in the hotel. the hotel info (on tv screen in the rooms) states there is a bar from 1800 until 0030. there is no bar, there is no way in certain periods of the day to get anywhere a drink- the watersportsfacilities are just there, no service available, no help. example : take a kayak if you want to and take care of yourselves - the platform in the swimming area of the hotel in the lake is dirty, filthy, covered with bird shit (the entire week, nothing is done about it)- no service, no drinks, no snacks on the lawn next to the swimming area/the lakenote : we reported these issues to the hotel reception and hope that the mgmt takes care and implements changes. this is a beautiful place, improve the service and make it a great experience please

We only stayed here to be close to a patient in the connected center

When we arrived the lift was under maintenance (repainting) for three days! This should’ve been done quicker as there are disabled people in the building. The studios are self serviced which meant they don’t clean your room during the stay nor do you get fresh amenities (towels/ bedding/ water) unless you go to the lobby of the second building. If you want a serviced room you won’t have an A//C unit. Not something I would choose in the summer. The breakfast needs a “reservation” to be able to order freely. This is a first in any hotel I’ve been to, and the staff were either too slow or rude when catering to the orders.
