Pros +
- The hotel was generally okayish, although old. The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel is kids friendly (a bit too much infact because our room was next to the play area and younger kids were screaming all the time!)
- It’s really only for kids, nothing for adults!
- There was plenty of covered parking right next to the hotel. The internal pool was nice (but crowded). They had great entertainment options for kids! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- Firstly, the hotel should not promote 'All inclusive' as its not all inclusive at 192€ per night. The moment I reached the reception, they told me that I did not book all inclusive even when my booking shows that. The only thing included was the access to the pool/ sauna and free breakfast. So this was a bit misleading for me. Also when I asked the receptionist if I should book the dinner/lunch she said I could but recommended its better to have it in restaurants outside of the hotel as they are better (which was strange)Secondly, the breakfast was really not good - it was basic but there were no cutlery or tables weren't cleaned, staff was not interested to ask if you'd like something like coffee (despite asking them several times for it)Thirdly, the pool and jacuzzi weren't really clean. When we asked for a bathrobe, the receptionist told us that they are not a superior hotel and that's why we had to pay 5€ for a bathrobe. Had I know, I would have gotten my own. Room towels had to be used. So my stay was okay, but I would not go here again or recommend this to anyone else.
- the rooms were really old school, they should renovate and update some stuff, also there was no floor on the balkony just concrete
- I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience booking a hotel stay through your platform. I specifically chose a flex tariff to have the convenience of potential date changes or cancellations if needed. However, this experience has been anything but flexible.Upon realizing that I needed to adjust my booking dates, I immediately attempted to make the change via the Booking.com app. Each attempt was met with rejection from the hotel. When I reached out to the hotel directly, they confirmed that they had no issue with changing the dates but insisted that the modification must be made through Booking.com.Following this, I contacted Booking.com's customer service hotline, hoping for a resolution. Unfortunately, the response I received was equally unhelpful. I was told that Booking.com could only send a request to the hotel and if the hotel rejected it, there was nothing more they could do.This back-and-forth blame game between Booking.com and the hotel has been incredibly frustrating. It is clear that there are significant communication issues between the two parties, and it appears that these issues are being resolved at the customer's expense. This experience has not only caused me unnecessary stress but also a loss of time and resources.I expect a service that prioritizes customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to a flexible booking option that I specifically paid extra for. This incident has left me questioning the reliability of both the booking platform and the hotel.I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure that such a situation does not occur again. Customers should not have to bear the brunt of operational inefficiencies and miscommunications between your platform and partnered hotels.I look forward to a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

There was plenty of covered parking right next to the hotel. The internal pool was nice (but crowded). They had great entertainment options for kids! The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The buffet food and drinks were regularly emptied by greedy guests, so some form of control is needed. Or just refill everything more often. But it's not nice for other guests to pick at leftovers...The hotel and room was way too hot in summer! Air conditioning or fans are needed.
Great for the kids! Lots of programs and very kids-friendly facility!
WiFi was terrible! Very weak and slow connection.
This is an excellent hotel where everything works properly. The evening buffet with drinks included is excellent value, and the breakfast is first class. A little above my usual budget but well worth it.
I like very much the supper - there was the huge diversity, and everything was tasty
The room looks a little bit old - it needs sone renovation
location, staff , things to do
if I had to say something negative, I would only say that it doesn’t have an elevator and we had heavy bags!! but apart from that everything was great
Clean, family-friendly, buffet offering good choice of food, sheltered parking spaces. Friendly staff. Helpful ideas for daytrips in the wider area.
No A/C or van lets top floor rooms heat up quickly. Playground has no protection against the sun.
Hotel was clean.
The reservation via booking.com was apparently not transmitted to the hotel booking system. Therefore we didn't get the room we had actually booked. The children's play area had broken toys. The food was like school food.
Cleanliness.
The food was a bit monotonous throughout the week with much less choice than 2 years ago when we stayed there first time. Not much invention for kids' meals. The kids club was also cancelled last minute on a number of days due to unavailability of staff. This made our family planning a bit difficult.
