- The owner was really nice. He speaks only French, but is a confident Google Translate user. We were able to check-in early. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Smart TV in the room, so we could Netflix after we were done with biking&hiking
- Facilities are reasonably good and room was bigger than I thoughtFresh bread for breakfast was really good
- Nice location and splendid host - Bernard.
Cons -
- Not that clean but still okNot much in the area, we stayed for a race which was close by but you will need to drive out for anything
- Room was quite basic, but all that you need for a short break in a lovely area.
- A little bit outdated...

Nice location and splendid host - Bernard.
Room was quite basic, but all that you need for a short break in a lovely area.
- Huge room that was very clean.- The owner was very friendly and made a reservation for us a the one and only restaurant nearby.- The breakfast was served at our table: the bread was very fresh (still warm from the oven).- Great location for hiking.
For what I needed , a bed to sleep not too far from F1 , this was right , and the owner is very helpful and friendly ..v
Located in the heart of National Park, parking for free, kind staff, large apartment, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, really close to the lake and Belgium highest hill, awesome breakfast...
A little bit outdated...
Friendly check in process. Large room in lovely rural location
No air conditioning so room very warm, generally quite old and tired but expected at the price point.
Quite environment (the hotel is in a small countryside village, with balcons overseeing a green lawn and a meadow behind).Spatious room with small table, small living room and tea/coffee facilities.Breakfast is good (it includes an orange juice, American coffee, 2 small breads served with butter, fruit jelly, ham and cheese, 2 pastries (croissant and chocolate couque).
As the hotel is in a small countryside village, a car is needed to move around. Very few restaurants nearby, may be full and no shops or supermarket.Slightly dated family hotel with no lift.Wifi connection not stable or absent.Non-darkening curtains in the room.Duvet size is for a single person: its width is short. The bathroom lacks hooks and support space.
Very friendly owner, good breakfast
Looked a bit untidy on the outside
Very friendly owner Bernard. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, clean.
We were by bike and were allowed to take it with us in the room, which is really confi. The beds are great as well as the balcony with its view. The next morning we got a good and big breakfast that lasted for a new day of biking. The service is really nice, thumps up!!!
Breakfast was good. You could ask for what you needed. There was cheese, ham, croissant, jam, butter, bread and so on. It could have been good if he propose turkey or chicken beside the ham or instead of it.
We could lock our bikes inside over night.Friendly personal.Breakfast included.
Pink color on the walls screams for a repaint.
Very practical location, nice management and welcome
All was ok but it could be cleaner (a few spider net nets on the walls, nothing dramatic, still...
Great location, nice welcome from the host, nothing too fancy but nice place, warm clean and good value for money (family room with two connected double rooms and nice view/terrasse)
way over priced, no standards adhered to at all, will not be recommending to anyone
the property was fairly clean but not as clean asit should have been when taking into consideration the price charged. there was no tea and coffee facilities available in the room as stated on the description description of the property. the staff consisted of one of one man whom we found to be unhelpful in every way. the hotel itself is very run down looking and local amenities are non existent. the room smelled of staleness. overall I felt very rip off by the hotel spoor service.
Great location, near the lake and the barrage. Very spacious apartment, had everything you need. Quiet and lovely view. We even could obeserve a family of deer one of the nights. Spacious parking. Value for money
nothing. the apartment is as you see in the pictures, bigger even
Nice setting in a green environment with a big lawn in front, convenient parking, and a big room, comfortable beds.
The little balcony with an artificial lawn was not really inviting. Breakfast choices were limited, considering the price of the stay.
breakfast en room
the owner did not speak dutch! We live in Belgium so i think the owner should talk the 3 languages of the country!
Nice, comfortable room in a small apartment-style hotel. The owner Bernard was helpful in making restaurant reservations as only 1 place was open in Robertville when we visited (it is only a small village). Continental breakfast was fresh. Can also recommend the restaurant 'Chez Phil'.
All was good
