Bed is a bit too soft

-Staff was attentive and kind, hotel and breakfast alike. -Breakfast was great, coffee delicious.-Free water, umbrella to borrow, coffee and tea in the room.-Lovely location, would be great in summer for excursions.-Food at the restaurant absolutely superb, especially the stews. Great service from staff.

-Room appeared to not have been used in a while, plenty of dust around. However, we thought it was because we stayed "out of season".-Not a lot of storage space but not a big problem.

Just really nice people and excellent food. The owners are always incredibly helpful. I've stayed twice now, and will stay again.

The Hotel is located in the high fenn and a good starting point for hikes and biking. The choice of food for the breakfast was small, but very delicious and the decoration and intérieur are nature inspired and fit the surroundings.

Our room was not cleaned before us, the garbage was not emptied and the bedsheets were not changed. This is a complete no go for a 4* hotel. After we pointed the condition to the hotel personnel they offered us a new room and free drinks for the next dinner. Nonetheless it was not our best experience even though the staff tried to make us more comfortable with the given situation.

very friendly little hotel with a great managment ! very good breakfast. you dont need to take a care for dinner ! there is a lot to choose in the very nice Bistro ! dogs are more then welcome ,also in the bistro !

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and modern facilities

The breakfast is superb. The restaurant is one of the best in Belgium. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The view from the room was amazing.

Loved the property! The room was clean and modern and the view was amazing. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was great. And the menu for the rest of the day was also superb! Area is gorgeous and there are lots of walks straight from the front door of the hotel.

The room, the staff, the food, the location. Stayed for an event at the Spa Francorchamps circuit, just twenty minutes away.

There was a little bit of traffic noise from the road but it didn’t disturb my sleep. I did not use the ear plugs thoughtfully provided.

The hotel had thought of all the small details, bottled water, snacks and fruit available. Very clean, new and funky. Lovely location on the edge of the natural park and fens. Friendly staff and dog lovers.

Breakfast was included. Rooms were new and very clean. Free coffee, water and fruit! Room with a balcony has a nice view.

Perfect location- unfortunately it rained so we couldn’t sit outside ( wonderful seating area with lovely views)The room was lovely everything you could need - balcony was a bonus Great extra bits n pieces in reception ( nibbles, fruit, sewing kit etc)We ate in the restaurant which was really good - excellent service.Breakfast was also fantastic.Plenty of safe parking.I would 100% return if we were in the area

Extremely convenient- the hotel is right in the middle of the nature park. There is an available free car park at the hotel, just park your car - and you can explore around by foot. It has a nice restaurant where you can have lovely warm meals for lunch and dinner. I tried the leg of lamb and stone steak. both were delicious. Nice breakfast that's included. The hotel staff were extremely nice and welcoming to me and my dog. It was my birthday, they were very kind and offered the local drinks to me. Merci beaucoup!

Not extremely sound proofed rooms. so if you are sensitive to noise coming from other rooms - it might irritate you. I went in low season it was fine for me, but I could hear a little.

Location was excellent, breakfast was excellent. First impressions were great, lovely greeting and staff were welcoming, very friendly throughout our stay and went out of their way to help, they all seemed very content. We ate at the hotel on three evenings and one lunchtime, great choice and lovely food, amazing atmosphere.

No complaints at all

The hotel was relatively new and very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and tried to make sure that your needs were met. We had the double room with balcony and view. Well worth the money. Hotel supplied free water, fruit, cookies, snacks and coffee/thee. We enjoyed the wide selection on their menu at their restaurant. Restaurant offered in and outdoor seating with beautiful views. The area has a lot of nature and is great for walking/hiking and other sports. Also close to Malmedy, Spa, Francorchamps and other nice towns. Owner was very pleasant to deal with and engaged with his customers. Nice memory of our short break to Belgium.
