Location on autoroute 10 is perfect for us en route from our home in SW France to our friends/family in S England - it's located on a service station with other facilities and you are back on the motorway immediately - we have used this hotel many times for these reasons.Relatively simple but good brakfast

The better restaurant in the service station is not open for dinner, only for lunch.

Great location for our trip home from Spain. Good room comfy bed slept well. Breakfast excellent. Will definitely stay again. Staff very welcoming

Position; room size; room decor; clean, but very tired; no WiFi, not good enough nowadays. Restaurant next door very basic, like a refectory. Wouldn't stay again. And pretty expensive for the quality provided.

They put me un a room fitted for a disabled person, which was fine, though the room was dirty, smelly, shower did not work properly, no hairdryer and the breakfast was basic and tasteless.

It’s located in an aire or motorway services as they’re known in the uk. Utilitarian but value accommodation for the evening. Its clean. The staff on reception were friendly and spoke good English when she worked out how poor my French was!

Location, the speed of check in/out and the breakfast were good

Was a bit cold in the morning and the hitting system was only working on cold air.

Very expensive for the basic facilities and room. Not at all value for money. Will definitely not stay again.

Price for what you got was really poor. Also not enough food options around. The one restaurant option which has a ‘discount’ was closed and the bakery has barely anything left.

Convenient access to A10. OK for a night stopover.

No restaurant at the premises. Although a voucher was issued with a slight discount for a restaurant nearby. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which was quite smaller than most we've stayed at for a nights stopover. This was the most expensive stopover even when discounts were taken into consideration.

The location was perfect for pulling into while heading through France. Breakfast was excellent and in a very cheerful area. The room was very quiet. The company has obviously gone to great expense to cheer up the inside of the hotel.

No WiFi on our UK phone ...thanks Brexit!!! Sad to see the new decor being damaged by rain penetration around the windows.

Convenient location

Looked drabby. Came off motorway but could not get to proper car park as it was gated. Night staff was not really interested in serving us. Was given a disabled room! Wifi was not working, unable to complete my work.

Location is my favourite, as its inside a service area, with fuel station, convenience store and access to highway

I could overlook some things: breakfast was food; a bedroom, as long the bed is good enough, is a place to sleep; even the damaged bathroom door.However, having a WiFi network not working is a big down. After 10h of driving, I want to rest and chill, watching videos or playing. Not possible at all!I have stayed a few times in this hotel and always issues with WiFi. If doesn't work, or is poor, please stop advertising the hotel has WiFi.

Acceptable breakfast .

Incredibly BAD DIRECTIONS to the Hotel supplied by Booking . com . Advised to exit at Jct 32 - then after a couple of Miles driving through wide open countryside,brought me to the back of the hotel only with no possibility of getting to petrol pumps, restaurants etc without driving back to the motorway and driving 500 Mtrs AFTER JCT 32 and entering the clearly signed rest area POITOU CHARENTES.STUPIDITY IN THE EXTREME !!!

Not great value for money. Rooms very small and the rest of the hotel is pretty tired and outdated. Couldn’t even get a drink from the bar downstairs when we arrived at 8pm.

Breakfast choices were excellent!We arrived late evening and the receptionist was very helpful. There is also a little area for guests to make themselves a cup of coffee/tea which was a bonus!

The fact I had to kill 3 spiders ?

There was no internet when I checked in which I needed for mu job.The receptionist kept sayingit will be fixed in one hour.When presses after four hours she admitted she was the only person on dutyand she had called her manager and he was not prepared to take any steps to fix it,

Being lied to and mis informed that internet was avaliable. In the past I stayed here many times and it was valuefor money however it is totally overpriced and can only be describes as a total rip off.Avoid as there are much cheaper and better value places locally.

Comfortable clean bed, location and breakfast was good value

The hotel is tired and although the shower tray and shower is relatively new they didn’t renew sealant which is the standard through the hotel. The rear of the property needs a good clean. The food in the adjoining service station is really awful and would not recommend.
