Zenit Wellness Hotel Balaton

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, the beds are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful and kind

The only thing I didn't like was that the parking situation wasn't clear. I had to park in a lower area and carry my suitcase up over 30 stairs. I wish the signage had been clearer to avoid this unpleasant experience

Despite the very big price of the room, they overcharge the client with the room sandals price ( 800 ft for one pair).Our recommendation is to increase the room price with 1.600 ft for 2 pair of sandals , it will be more elegant

Great location and superb restaurant with view overlooking the lake. Only I was overcharged by booking.com and not price matched …?!?.. at the hotel I almost got the smallest room overlooking a garden construction. After presenting the price I paid to booking, the hotel upgraded my room at a fair difference to an apartman with full view on the lake!

Booking.com rejected to price match the difference in the room price! Only an empty slogan … disappointing!

Location, near the lake, near the Heviz thermal lake. Wellness, sauna. Breakfast is delicious, dinner as well. I would still come back.

The staff was kind, the ala carte restaurant was awesome, delicious food and wine there, well-prepared for many people. Half-board was great as well. I liked the jacuzzi on the sun terrace, with its marvelous view of Lake Balaton.It's worth mentioning the high number of parking slots and the view in general from the building complex!

The sauna programs were well-advertised but the sauna itself was not a big stuff, I missed free water in the sauna area, and correct steam measurement. Probably they were preparing only for the newer, bigger sauna area, as part of the ongoing renovation.I had to fix the power plug of the room card, looked/sounded somewhat dangerous but I figured it out. No assistance was required, still.The size of the TV was unexpectedly small, without an easy-to-plug HDMI or USB slot.

The location, dinners, sauna world was good. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean.

The pool area was not big enough. The room we stayed was facing to side yard, the insulation was bad. We were hearing frequently weird pump and water noises. Also you can easily hear noises from next door or outside of the room. Breakfasts were not very rich.

Wonderful views, well kept facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good.

The buffet dinner was not so great, not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel experience.

Nice rooms, took two rooms for a family of 5 people. Friendly staff.

The spa needs an update for 4 stars. Took breakfast and dinner, monotonously. For 4 stars, more choice of dishes and quality of cooking is required.

Very nice hotel, good located few hundred meter from Balaton. The wellness is amaizing. nice swiming pool and perfect sauna area. The dinner in the Bock Bistro was excelent! Not as bis portion, but best quality. The staff is very kind!

The hotel is beautifully situated on a hill overlooking the entire region including Lake Balaton.The rooms are large, the bathroom as well and the breakfast was very good and diverse.I really liked it and will gladly return to this location.

Everything was very good.There are a lot of insects and if you opened the window they would enter your room, probably due to the lake.

The stuff was more than helpful. The reception manager took care of absolutely everything we asked for including changing our room and arrangements regarding Corona test. The hotel itself is beautiful with great facilities. It is located in a small picturesque town near a beautiful forest. Would definitely recommend!

The food is very old-fashioned and the selection is unbelievably low. The warmest pool is only 35 degrees. No carpet in the room.

The Zenit Hotel was excellent and we really enjoyed the stay, only wish it could have been for longer

There was nothing to dislike about the Hotel and the staff were very helpful.
