- You can’t turn off the heating, for some reason, so at night it was too hot to sleep properly
- Well there was no restaurant. The receptionist directed me to a cafe at the back of the building but its kitchen was closed. There were at of ants in my room.....and it was on the 5th floor.

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel
Elegant, modern hotel with incredible comfortable beds. Big rooms, nice cosmetics. Nice place to rest after a few hours of touristic visits. Nice restaurant nearby.

The location was absolutely awful with no restaurants around just bars full of drunks.
The breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive. The room was the most modern that we stayed in and very comfortable and quiet.
It was a few miles from Oviedo but with the car, it was very manageable. I don't know if it would be harder without a car
Convenient location and ideal stopover on our way back to Santander for the ferry. Availability of underground parking for the motorbike was also a bonus.

nothing, both the staff and the location were awful
everything, the staff was quite helpless and unfriendly. moreover, we informed them we had covid with symptoms and they did not care about other guests getting infected as long as they get the room paid.
the room was very large, clean and the beds were comfortable
the air conditioning was not working. had to open the windows and it was noisy outside
