    Pros +

    • great staff, good service, very clean! recommend for sure!
    • Its a nice eclectic boutique hotel parking is outside on street, great breakfast, nice staff
    • Nice location, with a view of the harbor from our window. The host was very helpful in ensuring that we enjoyed our visit to Cathedral beach (you have to go at low tide, which we had not been aware of).

    Cons -

    • On 3rd floor it took over 5 mins for shower to get hot. I think older buildings have these issues, other than that all good
    • The WiFi in our room on the 2nd floor was weak to the point of being unusable. Also took quite a while for hot water to get up there. Try to get a room on the first floor if these will be issues for you. Also, no access to coffee or tea in the morning until the restaurant opens at 8:30.
    • Thin walls with room next door.

Great location to start walking Camino do Mar.Fabulous breakfast.

Thin walls with room next door.

The location is next to the Marina with good views to the river.Although not in the centre it is a very pleasant and relaxing location. It is a very small hotel so therefore limited facilities however this does not detract in any way. There are good restaurants on either side of the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

    No negatives whatsoever

Beautiful place by the river. Great location and friendly staff.

This is the first time I have given a hotel a score of 10 and it is thoroughly deserved. The room was lovely and bright done out in a nautical theme in various shades of blue. Lovely comfy bed and large bathroom with full sized bath. The staff could not have been more helpful and gave me more information than I could have used in a week! Breakfast also available (at very reasonable price and with no addition charge for room service).Best of all the room had a black out blind as well as drapes to it was really dark once I put the lights out - quiet too despite being on the edge of the old port.Superb!!

    Absolutely nothing

I arrived after a 30km walk on a hot day and I had a tapas and a beer put into my hands, which was a perfect welcome. I was walked up to my room and to my delight there was a bath in the room. A perfect stay in a beautiful town.

We upgraded from a double standard to the top floor room and it was well worth it. The maritime theme of the hotel was a great touch and the room was very spacious and quiet, probably the largest bed we had on our trip. Also the staff was lovely and very helpful. The hotel is located just opposite a FREE public car park and only a short walk away from the town centre. There's a public lift located just next to the carpark if unable to walk up the steep roads into the centre.

Nothing except for quite a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom/drains

Perfect little hotel in Ribadeo! Right on the Camino, super comfortable rooms, big clean bathrooms, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff were super kind and helpful.

Close to harbour, on Camino route. Near restaurants and cable car. Most friendly staff the lady at desk supplied us with maps, lots of info about places to be seen, organized a taxi for us . This stay was a highlight as our room had a big balcony.

Lovely couple run this very clean and friendly little hotel. Lots of information and recommendations on arrival, and very helpful with bus information when we were trying to sort out our onwards transfer. We didn’t have breakfast included but chose to try the breakfast, it was excellent we couldn’t fault it, nice range of choices, the best of our stays so far on this trip

Nothing to dislike in the accommodation, just to note that the walk to centre of town although only short is very steep in places, but there are places to eat down at the harbour too.

    10LianaPosted on: 6-9-2024

The owners were absolutely wonderful. So helpful with lots of tips about things to see in the area on our day off from the Camino. Situated directly on the Camino. Restaurant is great, amazing breakfast!

Great decor, very nice staff and a good location,10 minute walk to the bus station.

    It was all good

    10GerardPosted on: 4-22-2024

Great location right on the Camino. Small and pretty , lovely staff and nice rooms. Great place to relax, close to the square and the port.

Expensive compared to other 2 star hotels in Asturias

Perfect place for the Camino Norte traveler. Right on the Camino . Hoteliers were wonderful people. Room was sufficiently appointed and close to downtown.

    8MilalalalalaPosted on: 9-30-2023

Warm welcome and close to the port.Walking distance from bus station with good restaurant choise nearby. Complete info of traveling around.

Not close to the city center and not place to buy water/snacks.The quilt is the bedspread and still with blond hair on.

The hotel owners were very helpful, particularly with organising admission to the Playa de Catedrales.Nice view from the room balcony.Breakfast was very tasty.Ideally located for a walk in to town or to some sights.

    Nothing at all

Charming, very cozy hotel down by the harbor with much attention to detail. Several popular restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The owner gave us some excellent tips of things to do in the area and made dinner reservations for us. Will definitely return.
