Hotel La Casona de Lupa

The condition of the rooms, the bathroom with tub and bidet, the windows that you could open, the beautiful gardens, restaurant on site, open long hours.

The towels were flimsy and fabric softener had been used on them. Fabric softener makes towels less absorbent. They couthave provide extra, thicker towels.

Except for the bed, this hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly, our room was deluxe and huge, plus the breakfast was fantastic.

The bed was so hard, it was like sleeping on plywood.

The place and grounds look very nice and tidy, good private parking, the room was large, very good breakfast

The minifridge in the room had not been used or cleaned for some time, but it was functional.

Great park for kids on site, delicious breakfast and very well looked after hotel

Disappointing

The hotel is clean but walls between rooms are really fin therefore you can hear everything around the surroundings The restaurant host bus tour, therefore, is always crammed The staff especially in reception as an extremely poor level of English I booked from your website and then charged again on arrival as a mandatory policy' even if I showed them my reservation through bookingTried to contact them several times 2 month since the complaint still waiting for a reply therefore I will not stay there again or suggest it Regards

Room smelt of cigarette smoke.Security light kept us awake.

Location although quite isolated was nice and quiet. Lovely to cool off in the pool.

There was nowhere to sit by the pool and air conditioning in the room was ineffectual. Whole place was a little run down. I know we weren't peak season but still would have been nice to have a sun lounger by pool. Accidentally left a dress behind in room so emailed them and heard nothing back. Breakfast was disappointing.

Clean, very large apartment (we got presidential suite for 4 persons). Nice garten and outdoor pool. Breakfast OK. Good starting point to visit Cudillero and surrounding.

We were there on quiet day but the next day it was a big wedding party. Possibly it could be more noisy when the big event takes place. But we had nothing to complain.

5min drive to Cudillero

Property felt like old glory that was let go in maintenance and care. Reception wasn’t very friendly, hotel not too clean, bathroom water was yellow, beds not particularly comfy, pool had broken tiles and the place just generally felt a bit uncared for. Convenient for one night on the road while heading somewhere else, but at the rate we paid it wasn’t worth the money.

Great parking. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed.

The room was great in terms of furniture and comfort. There was a picturesque view from the window. The bathroom was amazing. The office night staff was missing an employee, however, the bar staff came in our aid being magnificent and doing everything in their hands to proceed with a late booking.

There were dozens of dead flies on the floor. It's hard to know where they came from (summer could be the answer), but that was something that could be checked before listing the room as ready for guests.

Very spacious bedroom. Good breakfast. Nice children's area.

The pool was not open.
