Hotel Du Quai

The room was so small, the four of us were so crowded

Location of breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and towels fresh each day.

I had a non functional shower for a couple of days until a part could be obtained.

Very friendly host. Which was not the booking manager.

We had requested via Booking.com 2 single beds. When we got there we got a room with 1 bed. The booking manager from the hotel made us pay extra for another room so we could have 2 beds. I don't think that was fair.

Great location on lake. Bus stop around corner (free travel). Nice breakfast.

Even after paying on Booking.com , I asked asked to pay again at the property stating they don’t have the payment notification

Missing air-conditioning system. There was a fan but very noisy so either you have ut on and it's hard to sleep, or you turn it off but very hot in summer

Very noisy . On the main road . No air conditioning so it was very hot , unable to open window as would be more noisy . Fan which was provided and very good was also very noisy so didn’t sleep well throughout .

Awful breakfast, grossly overpriced, miserable staff, tiny bathroom

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was included. Room was clean.

Room was very small and hot. A fan would have been helpful. We could hear other guests in the hallway. Price was expensive given the size of the room and minimal amenities.

Beautiful part of the world where the staff were very accommodating even though there was a hitch with the booking.

No lift to second floor

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was traveling with my little kid and they were very accommodating. It was a great surprise since i had read so many bad reviews bad I took my chances and all went well.

The location of the Hotel is amazing with a view of Lake Geneva.Staffs are well behaved.Overall service is good!!!

Perfect place/location to be. Lovely restaurant just opposite the hotel. Nice walkway at the waterfront.

It was quite noisy in the hallway. A family with two childern very early in the mornig -ongoing. But that isn't the fault of the hotel. Just bad isolation, I guess... or quite disrespectful guests.I had to clear something at the end of our stay and it was really difficult to get in contact with a staff member who could help.

Didn’t get the room we booked or paid for. Room description said we had a patio, we were given a shoe box sized room with no patio or balcony. Was not anywhere near how it looked in the pictures. Really expensive for what we got. Breakfast was not good. A croissant & roll already left out on the table so nice and stale then you can get cheese slice and yoghurt from the fridge, pretty poor. Restaurant and bar were not built yet. Would not recommend or return.

The Brakfast was simple but good. The view was great.

The room was very small, not that clean and the Wifi Password wasn't working.

Room was very hot even with a fan. Very tiny, couldn't move around. Staff were sulky and unhelpful. Breakfast was very limited.

Asked before arriving if there was a car park told there was , when got there wasn't allowed to use it so had to park bikes on road, no fans in rooms, had to leave windows open very noisy and busy road all night, wouldn't recommend in summer months.
