Perfect location with lac view and close to bus and train station. Friendly staff and comfortable room.

The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything I needed, and there’s public parking right outside. The room was okay, though a bit dated, and the breakfast could use more variety. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of amenities and modern touches. Overall, it’s decent, but can have some improvements.

Extremely effective mini-split air conditioner made the room very comfortable. Room was very clean with a nice view of the street and lake. Very nice swimming area, including a diving platform, just a short walk away, along with a lot of good lakefront restaurants and walks. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the lake was very nice.

Parking place was not clearly stated, difficult to find a parking spot, I got a ticket from the police

excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the station and bus stop 201. a fabulous view from my room of the lake and mountains. big and spacious family room.

although I am rating all 5 stars but very disappointed with my checkin experience. i wrote about my early checkin time of 10am as I was coming directly from Zurich after landing at 6:00 AM.......but even after coming at 11 am, my room was not ready. i finally checked in at 13:00 just 1 hour away of the regular checkin time of 14:00. all this happened even after having a confirmed reply from the hotel staff about early checkin. an apology does not solve my issue and exhaustion of my long travel.

eyewatering expensive, but still reasonable for a swiss hotel. Close to the road and no fresh air vents, which forces you to open window and then the traffic noise comes in.

I have stayed in this hotel many time and certainly hope to come back again next year. I have always been given a warm welcome and the staff have always been very helpful in every respect. This is much appreciated as I now have mobility problems.An excellent breakfast as always. Food always quickly replaced. The reserved table was welcome.I ate both of my evening meals in the Oasis. Excellent food and service and very pleasant, helpful staff.Have a happy holiday season. Best wishes for the year ahead.

Cannot think of a thing!!

The breakfast was amazing, we loved the breakfast area, so cozy, clean and bright. It was great that the hotel gave us a train pass too so we could leave our car.

Not being able to stay longer.

Receptionists Eva & Stephanie are very nice and helpful. Location and accommodation is good. Breakfast was delicious and waiters Melca is very good and her service was excellent.

The directions from Booking.com took us down a footpath to the front of the restaurant on the other side of the road to the hotel.

Booking.com screwed things up by offering a room type that was unavailable. We dealt with what was available. And the hotel worked to be accommodating, but Booking.com needs to do better.

Booking.com could have been clear that the room was only one bed.

Virtually everything about this hotel was perfect, in an excellent location,with beautiful views of Lake Geneva and the mountains from my room which was fairly spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. Great shower too.Breakfast was typically continental but quite nice and adequate.

It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee making facility in the room and an ironing board and iron would have been good too.

Location. Accommodation itself was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good tram and train services, complementary with the hotel booking, were availble to nearby towns

Car parking is a real issue. Because we stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night it wasn't too bad, with Sunday not really being problematic, but the booking's stated streed parking doesn't mention that it's quite time restricted.

It is my second visit here and again we had a view of the lake. What is there not to like. Air conditioning in the rooms. Great breakfast and so friendly staff. Enjoyed a lovely Steak Tartare at the restaurant. Free transport to the Jazz festival took 10 minutes.

A USB charger in the room

The location was very convenient to the train and bus stops. It is situated right across the street from the lake which has a lovely paved statue walk. Also, the water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The breakfast was meager without any fresh fruit, not like advertised photos. The room is clean but the furniture is dated, all formica, which is common in the area,
