Galini Beach Hotel

Loved the breakfast and everyone was so wonderful. It was the cleanest hotel I¿ve ever been too It¿s butts up to the shore line. Just beautiful views

Not really. The sea isn¿t as clear here as in other place, being a little more open but that¿s not the hotels fault.

Very well maintained. Great location. Comfortable beds and bedding.

The staff at Galini Beach were incredibly kind and helpful! They helped us book an excursion to the Lagoon and gave us instructions for the local buses. The beach is beautiful and having sunbeds was a nice bonus.

Everything was really great, I can't express that enough, the only thing that could have been better was the beds (though I've found throughout Greece the beds are typically shorter with an extremely firm mattress so this might just be the norm).

Best place to stay in Kissamos!Family hotel with kindness service and good breakfast! Room was very clean ?We will back here for sure!

Disappointing

No bar. No food available except breakfast. No glasses for water in bedroom.No spoons to make tea or coffee with.A lot of noise from hotel next door. Air conditioning was impossible to get it to work.

Lovely old school hotel, simple, but great for exploring Kissamos & the nearby beaches. The staff were exceptional, attentive & very nice indeed.

Unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the room during all stay. Furniture and beds bit outdated and may need renewal. Noisy from the corridor

Very very good staff. Wonderful welcome at arrival - very much enjoyed the drink and cake. Everyone was super kind, helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with lots of options and homemade food. Nice views from the terrace at breakfast. The beach was calm and the beach chairs were comfortable. The boardwalk with nice restaurants are just a short walk away.The people really made the stay.

The hotel next door was extremely noisy and lit up all night long. Impossible to sleep. Would have preferred to see more of the sea and less of that hotel.There was dirt and hair under the bed and nightstand and there was also a funny smell but the rest of the room/balcony was clean.

It was a good stay. The building and it's amenities are quite old but still comfortable.

It is a little less modern that what the price could tell.

Beautiful location right on the beach with amazing views of the sea. Walking distance to all the restaurants on the water and also supermarkets in close distance. Lovely helpful staff, clean rooms- quite basic but was all I needed while I was there.

I loved everything about the hotel. The warm welcome and professional support from the staff were exceptional. The location is right by the sea, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There are also friendly cats in the courtyard and even a library with books in English, German, and Greek. The mattress was comfortable. The hotel provides sunbeds by the sea. Special thanks to Irinaюi for the warm welcome.Regarding the shoreline: it's a mix of sand and pebbles, which might not be very convenient for children, and that's probably why I didn't see many families with kids on the beach. For those looking to relax by the sea away from the city's hustle and bustle, this is the perfect choice.

The only improvement I would suggest is the foot washing hose after the sea, it's a bit inconvenient as it turns off quickly.

This was such a great hotel! It has a lot of charm, the beach was nice, and there are chairs and umbrellas.Irini is a QUEEN. She was so helpful, welcoming, and friendly- really made the hotel stand out through her kindness! Hotel has a really nice family feel.

The staff was very kind and tried to do anything possible to make us feel comfortable. Irene was very kind all the time. We have requested a fan due to allergies, and unfortunately, they brought a very dusty fan. We have requested them to provide other fan or remove the fatty crust of dust, and they promptly tried their best to do it. We also requested to leave the hotel earlier than planned as we were not happy with our stay, which was promptly accepted by the hotel administration. Again, the staff is very helpful and kind. The hotel is very well suitable for a different group of age or people looking for steady and very calm places. Unfortunately, that was not what we were looking forward to having, and we were extremely disappointed.

Facilities are very outdated. The shower is very small. Bed was uncomfortable, and there is a lack of privacy in between balconies. The breakfast is the same.everyday and the vairety/quality is not good for the price offered. Vegetables and fruits are served as a whole, so it looks like you are uninvited to have breakfast. The hotel is located in a remote area with a soccer field on one side and a huge construction field on the other. The beach on the front is not bad, but again, it seems that the place has no life.

We got very good cretan breakfast (tomato with oregano boiled in olive oil).The host was very nice and helpful to us since the beginning.Close to the most beautiful beaches on the island.You can hear the sea.

Everything was fine. Had breakfast next door at Sunnybay Hotel 12 euros includes access to their beautiful pool.

It would have been nice to have a few pieces of silverware/cutlery. We liked coming back to our room after being on the beach to have a snack and a couple cocktails before getting ready for dinner. We had to get very creative

the staff very welcoming ,the property is right on the beach and has free carpark.

The property is quite dated,feels like time has stopped somewhere and shame it's not being modernized with commodities such as pool and a fresh new look.THe rooms are sterile and again looks like there is no theme. My room had a small kitchenette with no utensils total waist of space.It missed essentials like a kettle,had to ask for hairdrier,tv,was at celing hight meaning could only watch it facing up.I had only a short stay but for the price paid would choose differently.
