Nice place. Only one night stay to catch plane. Would stay longer. Very clean. Nice amenities. Host very accommodating.

Absolutely the best serviced apartment hotel in the world! The location and facilities were incredibly convenient and safe, and everything was perfect from start to finish. Even during Christmas, we was still able to order food through Wolt without any issues. The staff were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always easy to reach. We truly had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again on next visit.

Building site noise nearby, also on Sunday. The nearest beach was dirty - lots of plastic rubbish, plus a used condom in water

Amazing find! Beautiful well equipped apartments with stunning views. The bed was extremely comfortable and the owners were helpful and sweet. Check-in was easy and we had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend.

I loved the room very modern. I love the balcony very simplistic and clean. The view was amazing. I didn't get a chance to test the pool which I'm very bummed out about but other than that it looked very clean. I liked everything in the room very comfortable. The bed was big. The kitchen area had everything I needed in the bathroom was clean and very beautiful. The amenities were very nice as well. The staff were very corresponsive every time I sent a message they reply very quickly. I like the location very much because it was close to mini markets and supermarkets and coffee shops and bakeries and the price for all this is just great. I really recommend this and it was honestly all in all just a great experience.

Property was new construction, very clean, and well equipped. I felt extremely safe and the neighborhood was very quiet. I appreciated having a washing machine and also laundry detergent. The view of the sea from the balcony was awesome. Enjoyed being close to small town so I could walk to local restaurants to savor the local cuisine. Close to bus route 18 if you wanted to visit port of Chania. Owner was very accommodating and when my return trip became delayed, he was very helpful in assisting me to secure lodging. I definitely plan to come back to Crete and stay at the Heliades Property.

There was no contact with staff/host other than by email or text, but they were very responsive. Very clean.

If the pool had been heated it would have been even better, but I understand that is not a common request! WE came at the very end of the season.

It was perfect for our requirements as we were flying to Athens early the next morning and we were extremely comfortable. it was November but easy to find a good meal nearby.

Not sure if there is enough parking but you can always get around that.

It advertised as a hotel. No one to greet us, it appears abadoned, my room was 3 flights of stairs (I'm 60). The heat unit didn't work for both rooms and the owner argued with us. He sent the cleaning lady to help and she couldn't get anything to work either. Awful experience

Very clean and well maintained property. It appears to be fairly new with a great swimming pool. Washing machine was a plus.

Very nice Residence. Close to Chania airport and close to the City of Chania. Great equipment, comfortable beds. Seaview and nice small pool with kids area separate for small kids very nice to play.

A great modern set of apartments with great well, thought through interiors, a lovely shared pool and super communication from the host. Our apartment had two bedrooms, each with a very comfortable large bed and their own bathroom. The lighting and decor was modern and well designed. The balcony/patio to the pool was well shaded and due to the direction of the apartment, the space was kept cool during the day but with lovely evening sunset views.

The location worked for us as we wanted to be near the airport and were only staying for two nights. It works well for a short stay but I possibly wouldn’t stay for longer than 3 or 4 nights. You definitely need a car.

It’s a new place on its first season. Everything was on the spot. Clean and with good taste.Best part is the pool.

The property is modern, beautifully maintained, and spacious, making it perfect for families. The fully equipped kitchen, king-size bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in the living room provided comfort for all. The boys loved spending their afternoons swimming in the pool. Pantelis, our host, was exceptional, offering warm and attentive hospitality. We were welcomed with Cretan raki, wine, and pasteli, which added a special touch. He also provided a list of recommended beaches, restaurants, and experiences. Close to Chania’s Old Town.

Heliades Residences was an excellent place to stay. The pool is wonderful, and the facilities were super clean. Everybody is extremely accommodating and friendly, I would be super happy to stay here again. It's slightly outside of Chania, but walking distance from a small town and some really excellent restaurants.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Heliades Residence. The apartment was clean, modern and in a good location. The owner went above and beyond when assisting us with early and late check in/out.
