Small room, unpractical layout, decorated with little to no taste, wanting badly maintenance and some more cleaning

the hotel promised a lot from the outside,once inside we were disappointed,it seems to cater for the more mature person

Great location and easy to access the beaches and facilities. The room was comfortable, although a little dated. Overall a good stay.

the meal in the restaurant was very disappointing. undercooked risotto, not very good quality meat, ambiance a little institutional.would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room. one of the rooms we rented was strangely arranged with heavy doors separating the toilet/bath from the bedroom -- awkward for older travelers.

The hotel was in a very good location near some restaurants and bars in the closer part of town. The hotel was very close to the large sandy beach. The hotel offered a set meal in the evening for an extra cost but you were not offered any choice for the meal. Breakfast choice was good. The room was of a reasonable size with a balcony overlooking the garden. Hotel also offered a parking space in their garage for an extra cost.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic with too many people trying to access the food etc. in a small area. Some staff did not make us feel welcome at the hotel.

Excellent hotel, though the room was very small, the staff and location are great, breakfast excellent, fantastic beach walkable-to in a swimsuit.

Room quite cramped, we got a very good price in mid September, so I'm not complaining. But I'd want a bigger room for more than one night stay.

Beautiful hotel, lovely quiet setting very close to both the marina and beach. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. I only stayed for one night in Hendaye but would have happily stayed here longer, and would stay here again ??

expensive breakfast, thin walls noise travels……

Comfortable room with views towards the pyrenees. Convenient for restaurants and thr beach. And I was able to leave my bicycle overnight in their garage. 'Express' breakfast was a nice touch!

They sent me off to a restaurant which was closed instead of all the ones which were open but, hey, France, Dimanche, who even knows what will be open!

Classic structure with wonderful front desk staff. The breakfast is an extended continental with some nice options. Parking is on a detached underground parking lot. The hotel is about 2 blocks from the beach,

The staff is very kind and helpful :)The position of the hotel with respect to the beach and to the ,marina is excellent.
