I like to walk out of my hotel and do lots of restaurants...I know most Parador ' s don't have that!

Beautiful setting, stunning view, very spacious comfortable room and good amenities. The breakfast was excellent, the best during our trip. We had amazing view from our balcony. The photos on booking.com was accurate.

The dinner served at 8 pm which was quite late for us. The dinner was slight limited choices.

The staff was excellent! Very pleasant and professional.The negative was that it seemed that under staffed in the restaurant.

Great dinner options (don't forget dessert!), great breakfast options (again: don't forget to ask for fried eggs, bacon and churros for dessert!). I recommend only taking rooms with a view of the lake, it's just a fantastic feeling to relax or, to the contrary, work a little on the balcony with such a chic view! After checking out of the hotel, I recommend to go to the end of the peninsula and see an ancient monastery with very beautiful views. Good luck to everyone!

Poor value dinner and poor menu descriptions.Room was hot with no temperature control.

Most of the front desk staff. The restaurant for the delicious breakfasts and dinners, the bar and the restaurant and bar staff. Tavèrnoles and other local village restaurants and Vic and visiting Rupit, Monserrat.

A lot. An article in The Times describing a farmhouse and showing a lovely location with swimming pool, and grounds with sun loungers enticed 4 of us. On arrival we were disappointed to see a notice ‘Swimming Pool closed”. During our 9 day stay we only managed to access the grounds once. We were refused sun loungers. You could only sit outside in the shade on garden furniture lacking the usual cushions. The bed was fine but the wooden head board was extremely uncomfortable. In the foyer a plant or flowers on the central table would have helped. On the staircase there was a ghastly wooden item when a light would have raised the gloom. The general appearance was of a lack of funds. The general feeling was rudderless.

The view was amazing from the room. It was lovely sitting on the balcony taking in the view and fresh air. The room was comfortable. The lounge areas were great for relaxing. We enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs for breakfast.

It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

Beautiful location, lovely room with terrace and very comfortable

Nothing. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. One thing to point out is that it is a little remote from other places so expect to travel a bit if you want to see the area. This did not bother us at all but best to take note.

Quite elegant but a bit sparse

Disappointing “standard” room: only one window making it very dark. Out friends next door had 4 windows and was much superior although the same price. We had not been advised by yourselves that the pool and garden was closed.Dining Room: Disappointed with service and dinner on 10th October 2024. Had to request menus, order to be taken and delay in main course which I had to chase up. The dish was very poor.There were no easy chairs on the terrace enjoying afternoon sun which we requested as our room was dingy.

Good view of the lake and surrounding mountains from the balcony.Room was comfortable.Dinner and breakfast food was fair to good.

The hallway carpet looks dirty and worn.The location was very isolated but not in the best location in the mountains.This is a weak Parador location compared to the other Paradors I have visited.

It’s too secluded. Food is average. Too many insects. Left with a rash and insect bites.

Great spot with lovely views and walks

The shower in a bath arrangement feels dated, awkward and mediocre. Ours, in a ‘superior’ room, needed mixing using 2 separate taps.Some staff were lovely and some were not.

Fabulous stay in this beautiful location. The barman was lovely so helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated in a beautiful place, lovely service and the dinner was exceptional thank you to all the staff

The hotel room was great, very clean and felt luxurious, just as a four star hotel should be. The staff were very kind. Finally, we loved the views, and how peaceful it was as we needed a proper rest.

We enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location, excellent staff friendly and helpful and the dinner for our group was exceptional.

Location unbeatable. Breakfast very good.

Would have appreciated readily available drinking water in the room.
