The view of the room, the breakfast and the food in the restaurant, the staff... all wonderful! I'm going to come back for sure!

The view from the rooms and pool is absolutely stunning. Bit of a chore to drive to the hotel but extremely worth it. The staff is super nice and attentive, the pool is large and in the sun until quite late. Very relaxed atmosphere.

The bed mattress was too soft, didn't sleep comfortably. The hotel overall is starting to show signs of use, there's some water damaged furniture, spots of mold, etc. Needs a refurbishing soon as it loses the premium feel like this.

Everything was excellent! I can honestly say it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, dinner was delicious, and breakfast was outstanding. The views were absolutely breathtaking.

We spent a weekend here for a couple’s getaway. While the location and views were lovely, overall the stay didn’t feel worth the price, as we expected more from a hotel in this category.On the positive side, the dinner food was good and the views were definitely a highlight. However, breakfast could use more variety.

The hotel has no air conditioning in public spaces. Corridors near the indoor pool were very humid, and the playroom with pool, darts, and table football was difficult to stay in without ventilation.•Beds were not comfortable, which affected the overall rest.•Towels (both in-room and pool towels) were small and didn’t look very clean. Having to ask at reception for pool towels was also inconvenient.•The swimming pool itself would benefit from more frequent cleaning and maintenance.•Based on our experience, the review ratings on Booking don’t seem to reflect the actual quality of the stay.

The location is a bit isolated and hard to get in/out.But they have good food and amenities so you don’t need to leave much.

Definitely the best place we stayed in Portugal. Best value for money. The view from every point in the property is just breathtaking.The facilities and the pool were amazing. Good massage. Super friendly staff. Explained us everything very thoroughly. Recommended great routes and places to visit in the area. Amazing breakfast. There is also small farm inside the property which is accessible to guests.

The dinner was not good. But neither there are any good places to eat at the nature reserve area.

The rooms with the river views are great! The staff is very friendly. If you want an escape from the city, this is a great place!

Some details in the bedroom could be improved, like the final touches around bathroom door, add more hangs for towels, fix lid of garbage bin. Overall the hotel is good, but the details could receive more attention.

Stunning landscapes, plenty of activities and services, amazing staff, clean and comfortable room, billiards, animals.

Would be nice to put more road signs to guide guests along the way

Great place to stay!! Baeutiful view everywhere you go. You can rent a sup in the hotel and there is a privet point in the lake near by. One of the best breakfast.. we had the best time .

Amazing location, wonderful view!The experience was very relaxing, just great!Very friendly and attentive staff, the food in the restaurant was also very good.They do offer anniversary packages, which are organized by the staff. Definitely a sweet gesture if needed for a special occasion!Happy to come back anytime, can only recommend!

The view was amazing, nice inside and outside swimming pool, the towel for swimming was provided for free. Nice staff, really good breakfast.

It is really just nitpicking as all was great, but the music by the pool was very repetative (same 10 popsong in a loop really clashing with the amazing view of the nature and river)

There was a bit of sewer smell in our room. However there was some workers fixing something it may have been from there. The drive in and out of the resort is very tight and steep embankment. No space if two cars opposite directions.
