Fabulous, extensive breakfast. Very helpful & attentive staff. Gorgeous pool.

Ground floor family apt a little dark, but didn't exactly spend much time there!

Location was well situated near the outskirts of the town and other local attractions. Drinks poolside were lovely.We had one of the bungalows which was cute.

Front desk staff unfortunately did not demonstrate the appropriate level of concern for guest safety and became argumentative when we checked out early even though we did not lobby for any monetary remuneration.Although I fail to be succinct context is important.We arranged with the front desk for a car to the town for a late dinner after our poolside drinks. The driver even gave us his “24 hour” card to return.However, after midnight all taxi’s (even special after hours only services at the police station) stop working in the “winter” (September).Thus, we were instructed by the resort night staff and the police to walk along the coastline as it was most direct.Well this is Greece and there are packs of territorial semi-wild dogs (St Bernard mix was our luck) at the edges of towns lurking in the pitch of dark.There were also groups of young men loitering at the edge of town prior which are usually harmless but that’s never 100% a sure thing.I will spare the particulars of what was to follow. We chose to check out the next morning and booked another stay that night.This is where the morning staff at the front desk let this resort down. They assumed a combative and aggressive tone insisting I was wrong, hadn’t experienced what I did and in fact that I was making everything up.I produced evidence to the contrary but it only intensified their quest to prove me wrong. Their argument continued while I insisted I just pay the full amount so we could leave as I was done arguing the details of my real experience.At no point did the staff show any concern for guest safety only their own reputation. I unfortunately had to become unpleasantly pointed in the end just to get them to just run my card and stop arguing so I could leave. Upon offering to get the police involved they relented.It’s a beautiful location but I do hope the owners take time to reflect on this feedback and prioritize guest safety for future guests benefit.

Clean, friendly staff, big rooms

The hotel did not meet the standards of a four-star resort. There was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room. In the bathroom, there were no individual toiletries such as shampoo or body lotion — only one generic soap dispenser stuck to the wall, to be used both for hand and body wash. The towels provided were torn, and even the poof seats around the pool were ripped and worn out. Overall, the experience felt more like a three-star hotel than a four-star resort.

Beautiful hotel, great pool and access to the beach. Food very good ( restaurant in an evening) and the breakfast choice was excellent. Rooms very clean and whole hotel area very neat and tidy. We would love to visit again. €8 in a taxi to the town or a 45 minute walk along the sea front.

Many things wrong with the property, beach is very rocky you need swim shoes and is deep.The staff at breakfast isn’t polite or friendly, the food is the same daily and stale. The coffee machine pours out half a cup of tasteless coffee if you want a special coffee or in this case a real coffee you pay. It’s not worth the cost I would definitely not go back., shame because the pictures looked nice so we thought we’d get our value We had to drive 2km for a real beach.. what was the point paying extra to stay here. I didn’t add the shower handles need a manual and don’t function properly. And lastly, I notified reception on our first day my phone wasn’t working and I was ignored.Nothing was done.The pool however is kept clean for those of you who care to know.Thanks!

Such a nice resort. I loved the pool and the snacks bar, there was pleasant music (not too loud) and comfortable relaxing beds. Food was varied and tasty, and stuff very helpful. The rooms are big and location is just 2 min from Githio. Perfect for families that want to travel around.

The rooms are quite old and require a bit of refreshment. Although still very clean. The water stream in the shower was too weak.

The rooms could use a renovation.There is no coffee/tea standard in the room.The beach and the sea are not the strong point of this location.

Great place, nice rooms, good pool, with a pool bar, 10 minuts from gythio. The staff are super nice. We were 2 families, and the kids loved the place.

The place is great, we were 2 famillies, the breakfast is great, the pool is great, the staff are super friendly. We highly recommend.

Beautiful outdoor areas. Resort is on a beach. Nice sized resort pool. Good breakfast. Pool bar and restaurant open late every night.

Could use some more lounge chairs by the pool.

Spacious and clean with a lovely large pool. Staff were very friendly and obliging. Excellent breakfast buffet. Large comfortable room with everything you need.

Beach is not brilliant - largely shingle - swimming shoes needed.

The hotel is better than presented on site or in the booking! Exceptionally clean, very nice staff, comfortable rooms, very easy going atmosphere that is much appreciated, tasty and carefully chosen breakfast options. The food in the restaurant was also tasty.And of course, the view from the room overlooking the gardens and the beach was another plus in our stay.

Maybe the mattresses should be more soft. Nothing other than that! Everything else was perfect !

Awful room!!! Pictures misleading!!! Nothing was good about this place!

Everything room we were put in had broken door, it smelled old, beds were awful, front desk was rude.

This resort is exceptional! Beautifully situated and grounds, facilities, rooms, pool and beach!! The staff is exceptional too! Our family had a fabulous time!!

Everything was good. I loved my stay. Nice and friendly service from Alexandros at the pool bar and all the others.

The location was great, the opportunity for sea and swimming pool swimming was lovely. Great pool bar too. Pretty good breakfast, although I’d have liked more fresh fruit.Oh and the 5 kittens were delightful as were the terrapins!

The room was so so. Bland with very flimsy curtains so it got light really early, and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. We had dinner the first night at the resort, not the best food, and there were very few people eating there so no atmosphere.

Large facility. Great pool area.

Furniture/beds were dated and not up to the same level as the facility.
