Staff very friendly & helpful. Restaurant next door, good food reasonably priced & staff friendly.

On a main road so not easy to sleep. Blackpool mould on 1/4 of the roof so room smelled fusty. Breakfast didn’t look fresh.

Read previous comments and thought this would be a good stop pre ferry… NO It’s basically a truckers stop on a busy road .. noise leave horrendous slept very little due to noiseThe food in the restaurant was limited very little choice For the price we’ve paid in other hotels I felt this was very poor On a caution note, be aware of the mosquitoes !!

The room was comfortable, clean. The towels were fluffy, the shower on floor 4 had very good pressure and the head has a flexible hose attached. I was able to use Uber eats and could adjust the settings on the TV to watch English speaking films & TV programs in English. In the morning I had a pleasant prepaid breakfast at the hotel (orange juice, coffee, cake and an egg roll) It was a relaxing short stay at a good price close to the airport

Although on a a busy road we had a good nights sleep.About a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

Cheap and cheerful - no expectations and they were met :o) A supermarket and nice bar within easy walking distance. Food in the hotel was adequate, if you are hungry, but I wouldn't eat there by choice.The blonde receptionist was very nice!

The single room was very, very tight! The toilet was squeezed in next to the tiniest shower! It was virtually impossible to use loo paper!! Aircon was noisy but I carry earplugs!

The room vas very clean. It is not the largest room, but the room does not feel cramped, very cozy! I had a room at the back of the hotel and the view was great!

The sound isolation is not great, so in the morning we heard people take the stairs and talk in the hallway.

Noisy. No kettle or fridge. Other hotels I have stayed at that charge a similar amount have a kettle, fridge.

The room was big and the beds were lovely and gig and clean.

It’s an inexpensive hotel, but I would pay more for the little things. They’d forgotten to put toilet roll in room. Although the linen and most of the room was clean, they could go the extra mile and throw the brown stained toilet brush and wash the filthy wooden door frame in the toilet. Small things could make this hotel a higher star. Reception staff helpful when asked, but no ‘Welcome’ or ‘Thank you for staying’ as we left. We had to ask about the restaurant times - no info offered.It’s in a very run down area, but we would stay again for one night before the ferry.

Good location to travel to the airport or the port. It has a free car park, including easy parking in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I thought this was a better hotel than a more known hotel chain situated at a similar distance to the airport.

I couldn't connect to the WiFi, the hair dryer didn't look very safe with exposed cables and the air conditioning didn't work (or I didn't manage to get the right setting for cool air).

Very helpful staff, super clean, great bathroom. Only a short taxi ride from the airport. Attached Cafeteria was perfect for a coffee and a bite to eat for breakfast.

No faults with the facilities. It's on a main road if that is a problem to you.

The room was clean and tidy - the bed comfortable. Shower room was a good size with a good shower and crisp towels. Overall the accommodation matched our expectations but the external noise severely disrupted our night.To anyone booking a stay here try to insist on a room at the front if there is anything likely to be happening at the rear of the building. The noise we complained about could barely be heard in the reception area at the front of the building.The adjacent cafe was very good incidentally and the proprietor/manager was very friendly.

We could/should have been advised when booking that there was a scheduled fiesta for the evening of our stay. A mobile 'Party Disco' immediately at the back of the hotel. This went on until 2.15am with loud music and a thumping bass. We asked to change rooms to the front of the building and were simply told we couldn't - no mention of the hotel being full or no alternative available, simply "no". Also it may be worth pointing out to the night staff that a shrug is not an acceptable response to guests queries?

Receptionist & bar staff spoke English. Good cafe / restaurant. En-suite bedroom good. There was a park nearby with lakes & some cafes.

The location but fine for 1 night.

A lovely basic hotel, with very friendly staff and a good bar and restaurant. Very clean and comfortable and close to the airport. Also close to the railway and the road, but it was quiet and we slept well. Also free onsite parking.

It's not in the best area, but close to the airport before we set off to journey further south.

Receptionist did all she could to help during the power cut and translated to the restaurant.

I have stayed at this property five times now and have had no problems at all, check in, parking, the rooms and the restaurant have been great and easy.

Unfortunately this visit had rooms used by unaccompanied teenagers who were slamming doors, knocking doors, running around as well as talking and laughing very loudly till 03:30 in the the morning, not really what I wanted after a six hour drive, due to the reception being unmanned, it was difficult to have this stopped and sorted out.
