Beautiful room overlooking a beautiful town. Perfect location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly- the friendly greeter each time you come in the door!!

Location and the view from our balcony; it was splendid!

The bathroom fixtures were rusted and the shower heady was nearly plugged. The water pressure was very low. The air conditioning system was cutting off during the night (after about 01:00 am) probably intentionally by the management so that they save energy. This made the night very uncomfortable. The breakfast was bland and the serving personnel never cracked a smile during our stay. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly though!

Excellent location with everything close by. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great start to the day.

The staff was incredibly helpful. The lady at the reception was sweet and was really receptive to all the queries. The room was perfect for me. The AC worked well. The location is also great!

Everything was great....but, would have been nice to have some Hand/Body lotion in our room since I had forgotten to pack some.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The view from the oceanfront room was fantastic, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. The in-room amenities were also fairly complete.

It would be great if the pillows were more comfortable, as both of them felt a bit too high.

The hotel advertised massage services, but they were not available yet. Also the rooftop was not in use. It was the low season, so understandable.

Great location in Keralis, directly at the harbor, sea view from our room.

Mould in the bathroom, the whole room at a strong, weird smell to it, which came back after airing. Old bathroom, shower curtain, bathroom in dire need of a renovation.

Great position overlooking the sea front.Large, comfortable room with a large balcony.Very good buffet breakfast with lots of choice.

The staff weren't particularly friendly or communicative.Breakfast was served in a large basement room with no windows. This is such a shame when the hotel is in such a scenic location.

Easy to find and to park around, the view is stunning and the hotel is very private.Bedding is very comfy.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the sea together with a balcony we made use of even in November. There was a small fridge and kettle, good lighting and an excellent bed. The staff were very helpfull and friendly and the breakfast was fine. We would definitely stay here again.

For us it was great, the hotel is a good place to sleep in and tour from it does not have "extras" such as a pool or hot tub and we didnt expect one either :)

The hotel was centrally located and we were looked after the moment we stepped into the lobby. Natalia on the front desk was so lovely. She helped us will all our needs one being a switch out of a pillow as all of them were too big. She gave excellent itinerary suggestions as well.
