Karalis Beach

Exceptional property, beautiful location 10 minutes from the town square and the staff were so helpful and warm and made us feel right at home. I would give 11 stars if I could. Stay here...it is so special, right on the edge of the water, overlooking Navarino Bay. The breakfast was extraordinary and had everything one could want. We didn't want to leave this place and are planning to return and stay for a week.

Beautiful location, amazing breakfast, nice to have access to the sea directly from the hotel deck. Staff were super friendly and kind, as was Bella the hotel dog. Special treat to stay here. We were happy we splurged…. But it was a big splurge.

Lots of smoke from other balconies drifting to ours. We had to close our patio door most nights. We know this is a normal practice in Greece, but we never experienced that in 3 weeks travels around the country. Not sure the price value was justified. It was nice, but I would not stay again.

A trip highlight for sure! We loved Pylos! This hotel is right on the water with a lovely private beach area! The town is cute with lots of restaurants and a few souvenir shops.

Can't think of anything. We would absolutely book again!

Fabulous to swim in the Ionian Sea, stroll Pylos while staying in such a wonderful hotel; staff are friendly and the breakfast is delightful. For our group of 4 from Canada it was an amazing first three nights on the Peloponnese.

Location and the staff were excellent!

1- room was showing signs of advanced degradation. Paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling and walls.2- balcony doors were not locking up. The locks were broken.3- plumbing fixtures were rusted.4- not enough electrical outlets in the room. We had to unplug the little fridge to charge our phones and laptop.4- week air conditioning system working on a “ON -OFF” basis, either freezing us or letting the room be very warm.

Best place to stay! Great room, great views, great breakfast! Locations right on the water does not get better than this. We will be back!

Perfect hotel in paradise! Stunning views, phenomenal sunbeds with direct access to private swimming area, and outstanding breakfast.

We love the town of Pylos and Karalis has a unique location under the fortress wall at the end of a shady street (this was our 3rd stay with them). The rooms are very charming and comfortable with an amazing view of the town/bay from the large balcony/terrace. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of food (hot fresh egg dishes also upon request) and excellent service (and great bottomless espressos and cappuccinos). There is also a great/large sun deck with unique swim spot and “pool” bar on the property. We always enjoy some great meals a casual stroll away from the hotel and this trip also hiked a to a local “hidden” beach nearby.

Location and sea views are exceptional. Food was also excellent. The breakfast room over looking the bay is beautiful. Swimming deck straight into the sea was superb and we loved snorkelling. Short walk to Pilos and the castle

Security the door to the hotel was open late at night with no one on reception.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It is located at the end of the street and right at the foot of the castal. Parking is really easy which is a plus. Our room is facing the BBQ and bar area which is very nice to have a sunset view. Breakfast was nice with plenty of chooice.

The design of the shower room is awkward. The shower head faces the door, making it nearly impossible to use without spraying water outside. You have to hold the shower head with one hand the entire time, which is quite inconvenient.

This hotels location is the highlight. It’s close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants in under 5 min, but has more quiet and privacy. The ocean front location was also amazing, we loved swimming directly off the cliffs at the hotel, just steps from our room. The staff were also wonderful. The first room we were placed in had construction going on and shaking our walls. They were able to move us to a nicer room with a fabulous deck. We really appreciated it! Finally the included breakfast was delicious and had lots of options including full coffee/freddo options made fresh to our order. If you’re staying in pylos and looking for a peaceful stay with an epic view, I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

The showers were a bit dated, but overall the hotel was wonderful.

A lovely hotel with a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was precious. The reception provided beach towels for swimming off the rocks, but the beach club was closed due to renovations. The location was private, but only a short walk to all the restaurants. The porthole in the bathroom was neat. And the dog at the hotel was sweet.

The scenery is beautiful, the room very stylish, breakfast perfect and close to the center with a lot of restaurants. Also nice facilities to swim in the sea!

Spectacular view, large and cozy room and bathroom with superbe balcony. It seemed to be sailing. Great breakfast which we enjoyed outside.

Awesome location close to town square. Good breakfast and rooftop restaurant/bar area had wonderful views. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Tip; if you ask staff will make your great coffee drinks other than regular drip coffee.

Bathroom toiletries were subpar. We didn’t have conditioner or body lotion and tissues were bit abrasive and not soft. But minor drawbacks when compared to the pluses of this property.

The view from our room was spectacular. Spacious with a modern bathroom and a large comfortable balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with fresh eggs and coffee made to order. Close enough to stroll into town for dinner. Can highly recommend Koukis restaurant and wine bar. Pylos is a beautiful peaceful town and our accommodation was perfect.

Amazing sea views which makes you instantly gives you the holiday feel! Small hotel which offers you pleace and quiet despite being located in touristic location
