- The bed - unfortunately my choice of bed was not communicated to the hotel by booking.com. We had to share a bed which was small.
- the spa was not included on the price. The spa facilities was poor.The first night we arrived late and the hotel was closed. I called the number but no answer. We ended up sleeping in the car all night. The tv was disconnected and it took them 2 day to fix it.
