Hotel Chalet Al Foss

This is an amazing and perfect hotel in every way. They pay attention to every little detail, the service is on a different level than anything you've ever known, the treats are endless, the food is special and varied, the spa and massages are amazing, and it's a place you just don't want to leave. The best Alpine hotel we've ever been to, and we've been to a lot of places.

I loved the decor, location, atmosphere of this property.

Beautiful location with splendid views; loved the heated pool and we enjoyed use of the spa facilities. No better way to absorb the Dolomites! Excellent breakfast. Hospitality was first class!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations and was truly beyond imagination.It is beautiful in every detail, and the service is outstanding with a very professional and friendly staff.As for the food, it was the best I’ve tried in this entire country, absolutely delicious.A wonderful experience that is definitely worth trying. I will certainly visit again and highly recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. From the warm and professional service at the reception to the comfort of the room, everything exceeded our expectations. Amazing!!!

Front desk reception didn’t inform me that I had all inclusive breakfast for My entire stay. Also knowing that I paid for extra service for experiences floating breakfast and breakfast in Bed. Just alittle more communication with visitors so that they can know what to expect. Thanks!

This hotel was a dream come true! I loved everything about my stay! I took moments to just take it all in! The food was wonderful! Very fulfilling! The staff were very welcoming and accommodating with anything I asked or needed! Very nice! I LOVVVVED the music selection! I was so excited I was able to book the bed and breakfast over looking the mountains and snow! I got some great photos as well! I loved the hot tub and during the day the jazz saxophone ? player came out to entertain the guest! Very romantic hotel and honestly a place to enjoy solo if you wanted to. I would definitely come back here again! I didn’t get to spend time with the llamas but more of a reason to come back and see them. Love my stay thank you.

The pillows in my room was hard. I could’ve asked for softer ones but I just managed to deal with it.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The staff was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

It was one of the best places I have ever been to. The breakfast was incredible, and the menu was very diverse. The room was very nice and clean. The pool had a lovely view and looked very romantic in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to go back in winter time. Do not forget to try their restaurants as well. It was so good.

Everything was perfect.

Everything! SPA area with many outdoor pools and hot tubs is stunning. You can, literally, stay there whole day looking at nature and mountain hills. In the afternoon you can enjoy in great vibe due to DJ and saxofon performance. Breakfast and dinner were great dinning experience, super delicious. Also having evening aperitif in hot tub with firepit was perfect. Whole stay was beyond my expectations and full of small giweaways and suprises managed by super tender and friendly staff ❣️

Jaw-dropping views, the most immaculate and unique property we’ve ever seen. Our stay was nothing short of magical- the staff is EXCEPTIONAL! If you’re debating whether or not to book an experience- just do it- we couldn’t have been happier with our sunset and champagne retreat and alpaca breakfast. Food was divine… overall, a perfect trip that we’ll never forget.

Everything. They are pure marketing. The place isn’t what it seems. The have a road right outside the hotel. No privacy from the balcony because they all face the street. No air conditioning in non of the rooms. The property didn’t invest in something NECESSARY for a comfortable stay. Food is overpriced and sucks. The steak is not even chewable. The staff is horrible and rude. They treat the clients like shit. These people are money hungry. DONT EVER STAY HERE.
