The property is not far from lift. It’s clear and comfortable for ski holidays.

It’s not about the property, but you should take into account that busses don’t always run on schedule.

Friendly family hotel,good value and excellent food

Super location at Passo Tonale, very silent, but only minutes to the route and to shopping areas, to the cable cars, etc. etc. Exquisit Restaurant and amazing breakfast offered. Very nice and clean rooms, super kind staff, offered guest card directly at our arrival, so we could start our mountain and ferrata adventures directly after check-in. Very kind team, always supportive and super friendly. For us this will be the new homebase in the Tonale area :-)

just a small notice - the water and bidet position should be inverted, to have a better open space for the need

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious (I attached the foto of the view from the dining hall), and we enjoyed the location and friendly staff. We also got electronic guest cards for 4 euros/person and used them for funivia.

The view from the room was not the best, but this is really a minor thing because we spent only one night there.

We had a great stay at hotel Orchidea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The half board plan was great with a lovely 3 course dinner and wonderful breakfast spread. Close to the lift for skiing. Clean, comfortable and a great value. Would stay again.

Nice and very clean rooms.

Very uncomfortable beds - way too hard. The breakfast was OK, but the dinner buffet was dissapointing. The dishes were without much taste and the meat overcooked - did not live up to normal italian standards or our expectations. The staff seemed demotivated and as if the guests were an inconveniance. Several from our group got sick (maybe due to the buffet) and our daughter vomitted in her bed. When we asked to borrow some cleaning supplies to clean up after her, the hostess acted annoyed and only reluctantly helped get supplies.

very friendly, nicely run hotel. Good-sized rooms. good food with a nice mix of family-friendly staples and interesting local options.

a number of dogs staying meant there was a fair bit of noise. The spa seemed to allow full nudity but no warning of that.

We had a great stay for skiing! The food was exceptional and we could enjoy a nice sauna after a long skiing day. The room was very nice with a great view from the balcony. We would come again!

The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

the hotel was amazing - great food for breakfast and dinner, and our room was cleaned perfectly every day, with very kind personnel. The spa opened every day from 16:00-19:00. Ski lift 200-250meters from the hotel

One of the cleanest and stylish properties I have ever been in. well located, only 200 M from the main lift and friendly staff you have never seen before. not only the owners who are constantly around but all the rest of the personnel. amazing and friendly atmosphere from first day till the end. go and try yourself?

there is simply nothing to dislike. It’s perfect!

Excellent food with lots of variety on offer each night. Meticulously clean and incredibly friendly staff - if not family ran, very much feels so! The rooms are much bigger than in the pictures with a great shower and the spa was big with a hot tub, sauna and steam room plus extras. Would highly recommend
