very good place / great view/ very good breakfast and hospitality staff

Very comfortable room with a very comfortable bed. Nice to have a full king instead of just two singles pushed together. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, even arranged for me to have breakfast half an hour early to accommodate an early morning departure. Nice quiet location with little traffic. Restaurant was excellent, great food and great service. Good value overall too!

The room could have used a few artistic accents. It was nice and modern, but lacking a little in ambiance.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff 10 minutes walk from the lake. Good selection for the breakfast and also very decent prices in the restaurant for the dinner. Big private parking space...

Squeaky bed, shower need some service and the walls in the room some paint job...

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The view was breathtaking, the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The on-site restaurant is not only convenient but also offers delicious meals, adding to the overall experience. The rooms are modern and the restrooms are spacious and provide excellent comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.

Great place.. I believe this is a newly renovated hotel. The morning stuff lady was very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent for trips around the lake and around the area. Very clean a.d renovated bathroom.

The room furniture arrangement was not convenient. A small coffee table would help a lot. The couch was right behind the window panel, and two people could not sit without hitting their heads unless you moved the couch. The refrigerator was not working. . Not soundproof.

There were basement smell In the first floor room and ground floor?.Staff were passive?.

Property was ok restaurant downstairs was very good. In total we wouldn’t recommend to stay there but have dinner.

The breakfast was horrible. They served 3 days a row two spoiled cakes. The staff saw it but didn’t do anything. Also the sausage and cheese looked pretty old and there was not a big choice of foods. We decided to have just coffee there and went out to have breakfast.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, the view from the balcony is just breathtaking. Breakfast was ok, also very tasty pizza in the restaurant. There is also a large parking lot, which is convenient

Beautifully located in a lovely and quiet village at the Lake Mezzola. Amazing window view. Great pizza at the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with a beautiful panorama. The garden is tidy and the area is quiet. The rooms were clean. The terrace had a nice view of the lake and the mountains.

I did not like the breakfast, there was little choice. There were no refills when the food ran out.

There is a football court nearby and have had some disturbance running well into the night.

Everything was great, especially the terrace, that was overlooking the mountains and the lake. I nice view to see first thing in the morning. And easy parking!

Room was great, top floor with balcony and amazing view across the lake, breakfast was the most varied I have had since being in Italy with muesli, yoghurt and fruit which was great.

Some artwork/picture needs to be added to the room. Walls felt empty at first.
