Breakfast was a classic Greek spread but always fresh and prepared by the owner. It was perfect for being on the move and hit the spot before a day at the beach.
The wifi was a bit spotty and the air conditioning was struggling in the heat wave, but I was never uncomfortable. For the price and location, all these things were able to be overlooked.

Nicely situated, nice view towards lemon courtyard and a glimpse of the sea, very nice staff. Many nice restaurants with a great view.
Bad
The place was old, but I'm fine with it considering I just wanted somewhere to sleep. The thing is: there were cockroaches. I saw one and when I asked to change rooms, there wasn't another one available and the solution was to use a spray to kill it. Spoiler alert: it didn't. Then another one appeared from the outside which I managed to send outside again.The wifi didn't work, the bathroom had its toilet broken and the hot water didn't work in the morning. I can't believe this has such a great ranking here.

Nothing specific but I was there only for a night
The hotel has a great location, in an area full of good restaurants and shops and very close to the beach. The hosts are very nice and hospitable.
It’s an old property, but the owner and the staff are very very hospital and friendly. The breakfast was fresh and includes coffee, tea, yogurt, jam, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cornflakes, milk, orange juice.
Many facilities needs to be renovated.
