Fantastic location, free beach chairs, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, free private parking for the hotel guests

The shower in my room has no doors, so the floor was always full of water. Also the furniture in the bathroom was damaged due the water from the shower.

Nice family run hotel. Situated literally 3 steps from the beach, it offers nice, renovated and clean rooms, very attentive staff, good breakfast and stunning views. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will come again.

Probably one minor thing is the parking. The hotel’s parking is very small, so it’s probably full during the high season and situated behind the hotel, about 3 min. Walk. There is few stairs to climb that is less convenient with luggage. Probably better option is a public parking just a minute drive further, 1 min. walk to the hotel without stairs.

The location is beautiful on a quiet lagoon, very convenient especially with kids. The room is big, new and clean. Nice breakfast and very lovely stuff

Fantastic location. Clean room. Beach right out the front steps of the hotel. Hotel offers umbrellas, a chairs with no additional charge for first come first serve.

A wonderful hotel.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was good and the location was excellent. You step out of the hotel right onto the beach. You can order lunch at the hotel bar or wander along the beach to try out one of the many restaurants along the shore line. You have to be early to catch a sun lounger, but you can always sit on the hotel's terrace.

Perfect stay to relax and be right on the beach in Tolo. The sunbeds were free which was great! The staff was nice and the breakfast was quite nice, along with being right on the water

Fantastic location! Right next to the port. We stayed one night and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean and comfortable.

The location right at the beach

The bathroom was disgusting when we came in, clearly had not been cleaned and staff told us this sis because of the chemicals.... Total lie.Also the beach is used by locals as a road therefore not extremely relaxingFinally breakfast was mostly industrial and nothing was really homemade.

Right on the beach....great swimming and wonderful view. Breakfast was superior. Located at the quiet end of Tolo.

Right on the beach with water lapping at its steps. Pleasant room with excellent shower. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice. Very friendly staff. Has lift. Can walk along the beach to tavernas - Barbarossa and Romvi both very good. Busy main street behind the hotel has loads of shops, bars and restaurants.

We made the mistake of not booking a sea view - the back rooms have a Mountain View in the distance but look out over the car park and other hotels. The car park has no back entrance to the hotel so is a short walk - bit of a trek with heavy luggage. Poor WiFi.

Very nice hotel with a good view.Entrance is only from the beach, which IMO is cot a con, it's a good spot and was a relaxing area.The suite was pretty spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

The shower is kind of weird, it's supposed to be a premium shower, it has 5 faucets but there were many leaks which lowered the water pressure, but overall it was ok.

The sea - amazing!! The staff is very welcoming and nice. The location is also good! Private parking around 50m uphill from the hotel.

There was a strong sewage smell in our room. On the second day we asked to change room and were kindly given another which was great!
