ANGELO Cafe Hotel

It was a very good choice for a winter break: as it gets cold and humid outside at night, we appreciated the a/c to heat up the room, the nice warm shower, the coziness of the room and the complimentary hair-drier.The cleaning service was very good and the new towels always smelled good.We were very grateful to receive a sea-side view and the bar downstairs is lively and pleasant.Good quality for money.

I would add a shower curtain to avoid water coming out on the bathroom floor. The bed was not very comfortable. The reception was not particularly smiley, we felt a bit uncomfortable.

The Breakfast was very good and the staff were more than happy to offer any changes we wanted to try, the fridge and the air conditioning were great to have.

The bathroom and shower could do with a little makeover but that is all.

Everything is to like about Angelos being virtually new and directly opposite the beach. Friendly staff, easy private parking, well priced, good facilities and an especially good breakfast served by beautiful staff in the coffee shop below. Sensational and highly recommended.

The lobby and hallway had a weird smell(to me).The bedspread was dusty and the sheets didn't smell like fresh linens do. Bought spray to sanitize. The shower was tiny and the toilet and shower were right next to each other so when taking a shower...the water splashed everywhere. The shampoo and soap seemed like they had been filled with cheap stuff. Sandpaper for toilet paper and the towels were even worse.

Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a balcony with nice sea view.

Great location across from the beach. Close to shopping. Great cafe below and fabulous breakfast included.

Could use a couple of more power outlets for recharging devices but not a reason to pass up this establishment.

Everything. It’s my third time there and it’s always good; family running, keep the good wibe, makes you feel at home. This is my favorite place to be and to stay in all Greece.

Good value for money, staff were nice enough to let us in 2 hours before the check-in time. They have smaller pillows in the cabinet which I discovered in the morning so there's no reason for me to say that the pillows were too big - I was just too tired to check the cabinet. Breakfast was basic, don't pay more than 5-7€ for the option with the breakfast. Has spotlights above the bed, which is great if you don't want to have floodlights from the ceiling in the evening.

In the second floor room you could hear the noises from the cafe kitchen downstairs (bring earplugs). The shower curtain situation needs to be fixed because the current setup means the floor gets all wet. The hotel can get quite warm and you can't leave the aircon on once you leave the room (operated by keycard).

Position, price

I believe that the structure had an evident sewage problem at that time; in fact, there was an unbearable smell in the room (and outside of it) which impregnated all our clothes. In the bathroom, the backflow of the shower drain from the manhole in the center of the bathroom caused it to flood.

Very nice breakfast, apartment is close to the beach, we liked the cafeteria and staff there is really helpful. I think in summer the town is very much alive, there are a lot of cafeterias, bars and shops, but in March not much of them were working.

really nice spot right next to the sea, a beautiful view to the sea and really quiet. the breakfast was excellent and plenty. the people at the hotel are really helpful and kind.
