    Pros +

    • The property spa and other facilities need expanding as an secluded area, the property needs to support activities. The dinning facility could have been more attractive and larger. The rooms could use more seating and storage for clothes
    • The location of the hotel is breathtaking, since it is inside the forest. Also, we were impressed from the design of the hotel as well as the whole atmosphere. The staff was very helpful.
    • The atmosphere, staff, breakfast, amazing view and comfortable bed

    Cons -

    • The gym was very small. Also, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was a bit overpriced.
    • I wish they has a pool
    • The service feels robotic and lacks warmth. While it’s not bad per se, it doesn’t make you feel at home or personally welcomed. Another issue is the growing culture of tipping at the property. As someone from Spain, where tipping is not customary, being asked for tips repeatedly—including directly upon checkout—felt intimidating and excessive, especially given the already high cost of the stay. This detracted from the overall experience.

The property is truly exceptional—one of the most beautiful and perfectly designed hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, from the architecture to the interior design, has been carefully thought through. The rooms are spotless, the atmosphere is serene, and the surrounding nature adds a magical touch. Everything feels curated to perfection, offering a luxurious yet calming experience.

We had a great stay at MANNA! The beds, sheets & towels were wonderful. We enjoyed the cave pool and walks around the hotel. The hotel's design and style is modern with a sort of stone industrial vibe, very nice! The staff is very attentive (probably the most attentive I've ever seen ;)) and the breakfast very nice (Greek-style, no eggs or bacon)! Wonderful unique place in the middle of Peloponnesos!

    A pool would be nice

We loved everything about this hotel, the location is stunning, the hotel is very well decorated and the staff are all nice and available to help. We are dreaming of coming back in the winter.

Lovely renovated hotel.Rooms very comfortable.Staff excellent- everyone was accommodating, professional , helpful and warm.

Wish the gym was far better. It looks good, but it is not a nice gym at all. Real free weights, a cable machine, a few weight benches- the bare minimum for a reasonable gym. We 4 would have used it every day to augment our walking/hiking…

Manna Hotel is always whimsical —this was our third stay, and the experience keeps getting better. Impeccable service, stylish comfort, and a truly welcoming vibe.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area of Greece. It had the best hotel restaurant i have ever eaten at. Quite excellent. Most of the staff were superb but a few were rather inept, especially breakfast staff. The spa staff made a silly mistake with bookings..I expect these small things to be ironed out with time. Again our suite was lovely but a few things could be better.. no make up mirror; the sink set too far away: the clothes hanger too high. But overall the room was lovely, the view magnificent and these problems easily resolved.

Beautiful location, peaceful, warm and friendly staff, delicious food.

amazing building in an amazing location. with the exception of the barman who was definitely a different story we were totally impressed by the kindness and the friendliness of the staff. the manager, the persons at reception all of them. but a big thank you to the two porters who are from the Area and obviously proud of their origin. not only super kind and polite but eager to advertise for their hometown and Area. staff so good its hard to find. a big plus

we had read a lot about the Manna Hotel. top Hotel in Greece and comments like that. we were very eager to go and thus accepted a very high price. the location is perfect the history of the hotel great and the design nice. but strongly overvalued in our opinion. and lots to miss in functionality. it is a hotel in the middle of nowhere in a good sense. in a forest. one expects the hotel to have some common spaces to keep you busy. they only have a lobby where one can sit in not the most comfortable chairs. not place for all. not a spa that is worth mention nothing to keep one in the hotel. as they lack in common space they encourage you to dine in the room. but where? our very spacious room had only a small coffee table, an average comfy chair and a stool. where should one sit and relax. design is nice but functional it must be. so lack in common spaces and definitely not good equipped rooms. last to comment the restaurant. breakfast was excellent, top quality of home made products. but dinner... my good. still trying to digest. very heavy food for dinner. too much oil fat and fat. truffle and heavy tastes. and please know you have to book. otherwise you starve since there is nothing else close by. in short interesting building, we went saw it but not for more than once

Nature and view from the window

The bathroom with the toilet with transparent glass next to the bed is completely unacceptable. The toilet is located together with the shower without a partition and the water fills the entire space, gettings on the toilet and after taking a shower it is impossible to get in. We have traveled a lot but have never seen anything like this, it seems to me completely unacceptable for a hotel of this class. We waited for half an hour for check-in and had to go up and ask several times and it was obvious that they forgot about us, since the waiting area was not at the reception but in the common room and no one even offered us a drink after a long journey. Of the free services in the hotel, there is only a small pool in which it was quite cold and the exit along the corridor to the room too. For this class of hotel, it would be possible to offer additional free events in the evening, for example, music in the restaurant or lobby.

    Disappointing

My stay at Manna Hotel Arcadia was very disappointing. During our visit, a beauty brand trip was taking place, and we were not informed beforehand or upon arrival that the spa would be unavailable. It's unacceptable that there were no slots made available for all hotel guests. Additionally, while enjoying our drinks outside, we were kindly asked to move from our seating area due to an upcoming photoshoot. Staff brought blankets for influencers, but no one offered us one during the time we were sitting there. When I raised these concerns at checkout, the staff member responded with an ironic smile, saying they would 'note it,' which felt dismissive. This is particularly unacceptable for a hotel that promotes wellness and tranquility, as it didn’t provide the peaceful experience it claims to offer. They should have respected the needs of all their clients.

Far exceeded our expectations. Both for the exeptional building/facilities/location and the extremely warm/helpful/knowledgeable staff in particular Mr. Petros who overwhelmed us with his welcome and genuine love and pride for each detail of the hotel. We will strongly recommend, as this is the epitome of a Design Hotel, because most importantly, it possesses the human heart and sole.

    Our stay was too short!

Beautiful view, lovely hikes through the forest nearby, very comfortable room & bed, quiet/relaxing

Spa and gym facilities were very underwhelming for a hotel which promotes wellness & tranquility on their website, food was ok but could be better

    9DespoinaPosted on: 12-28-2024

I really enjoyed my stay-it was incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfort throughout my stay. The food was excellent. One of the highlights was the amazing massage—I felt completely rejuvenated afterward. The area with board games was super chill and added to the overall relaxing vibe.

It would be great to have 1-2 seats in the pool area for those who prefer not to be in the water. Also, the sauna was an extra cost, which I found a bit disappointing, as most hotels offer it for free. It was quite expensive for something that’s typically included in the price elsewhere. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed!State of the art design, attention to detail and amazing restaurant! A destination by it self!

Fantastic location in the middle of a forrest but close also to some cute traditional villages.

Everything was amazing from the food to the service.
