    Pros +

    • The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and the bar and restaurant were very good.
    • Beautiful property, pool, beach.Fantastic staff. Friendly, helpful. Will definitely return
    • The location of the hotel just perfect, we like our room with a memorable sea view.. and also the staff of the hotel all of them were really give attention and very gentle and polite... Definitively, I will come back to this hotel.. The breakfast was amazing and also our lunch there... The pool, the quiet of the hotel make our stay unforgettable..

    Cons -

    • We went before the summer season started, so things were fairly quiet, but that was the only real negative for our stay. Unfortunately, business dictated our timing, but this looks like it would be a prime location. Parking is limited,
    • No gym/fitness room .. No coffee machine in rooms ...
    • The staff are inadequately trained, and their attitude is unacceptable and disrespectful. The manager failed to respond to my attempts to communicate with her.The breakfast service staff do not speak the local language, which is inexcusable in a hospitality setting. The omelette is overpriced and consistently served burned, with no apology offered. The Greek coffee was never served, further evidencing a lack of basic service. The staff are consistently rude and never smile at any guest, including at the reception. The rooms reek of canalisation and lack proper upkeep; no assistance with luggage was offered, and no help was provided in locating an adapter necessary for work. Only after addressing the cleaning staff in English was the housekeeping manager located, and then five adapters were found in her depot.Requests for shampoo and fresh towels were ignored; no courtesy or acknowledgment at check-out.The building is ancient and has not been renovated, reflecting a sustained neglect of standards.

    Breakfast - bad !! Location good !!

Beach front location, good pool, clean beach, friendly and professional staff. It was not many people, so our accommodation was quiet and calm. Good breakfast buffet. Nice evening life music.

Coffee beans were sour so I didn’t liked coffee based drinks.

Fantastic location. One of the only hotels in the area that has both a great swimming pool and is true beachfront (pool and beach are connected). Free pool and beach loungers with umbrellas that were readily available, and good towels. The included breakfast was also excellent!

The room was very old and tired, and needs refreshing. For example they are still using old beadspreads and comforters that are clearly not washed after each person. I don't know any higher end hotels that haven't switched to duvets (covers) that can be washed for new guests. There are no plugs by the nightstands (only one plug being used by the lamp) and just really outdated.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Plaza Resort Hotel in Greece. The location is right by the beach, which is absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The water sports were a highlight for us; we could easily charge activities to our room and try out different fun options. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and I would recommend this property to others looking for a pleasant beach getaway.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, there were a couple of things that could be improved. First, I was a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer any compensation for a day I had to miss it felt like a missed opportunity for better guest service.Another frustration was dealing with taxis. Getting one was almost impossible, and the waiting times were long, especially since other guests would often grab taxis before they even reached the official pickup area. This made getting around a bit stressful at times.

    The beach and pool

    The rooms are old

New and beautiful. Pool was very attractive. Great lounging

The town is small, some surf shops and lacks charm. The beach has a great view as did our room but it is rocky gravel. The ocean had trash in it. A gorgeous hotel but the ambience was lacking in the surroundings.

Lovely hotel with friendly and welcoming staff and excellent service. We had a lovely room with a private balcony overlooking the gardens, pool and the bay. Excellent breakfast served on the terrace. The pool is beside the private beach so one can choose where to swim. Good restaurant.

The aircon did not work well enough

View, breakfast. It was so peaceful! Being right on the beach was wonderful.

    Pool area and beach

Breakfast was bad. Rooms stank (first room stank like cigarettes and the second stank like egg) Rooms were old and needed an upgrade.

The bar service was excellent both at the hotel and on the beach. This is a great beach hotel with easy access to the beach and is not crowded. The hotel is less than an hour's taxi ride from central Athens and the airport. I only spent a day in Athens, and this was ideal. The upgraded room with the sea view was well worth the money. We took full advantage of the balcony, enjoying the sound of the ocean in the mornings and hanging out late at night. In the evenings, we went down the road to the square, where there are many local restaurants along the beach offering great food and service.

No coffee machine in the room.

The location was good and beach was beautiful. Staff were very friendly and accommodating esp housekeeping. Comfortable room and good size hotel.

Larger range of local beers at the bar would be nice.

Beautiful location, staff were amazingly friendly, very comfortable accommodation, great views and ambiance

Would prefer it if there was a dedicated spa

The view facing the Aegean Sea from our third story balcony was amazing! The beach and pool area are beautiful, staff is friendly and accommodating as much as they can be, location in the town is great and there are stores/cafes just across or down the street if you want a break from resort life. At night, there is live entertainment which was nice.

My teenage son and I went on this trip together. I paid a lot extra for a triple suite with the option of a king bed and a pull out sofa bed as my son is too old to sleep with me. The sofa bed was broken and the king bed was actually 2 very firm twins pushed together and made up to look like a king bed. The hotel’s solution for the sofa bed being broken was to separate the two twins making up the king bed so that we each had a bed. My son opted to sleep on the couch without pulling it out to a bed, and the first night I fell down into the crack between the two twin beds making up the “king”. Whats the point of paying so much extra for preferred beds if basically I ended up sleeping on a twin and my son slept on a couch? We were not offered any compensation or refund for the inability to provide us with the beds we paid for. I didn’t push the matter, as it didn’t seem like they’d have been able to do much about it- a broken couch is a broken couch and they surely weren’t moving a new real king bed into the room. Also, the whole place smells like smoke. I get it, it’s Greece, but our towels smelled like smoke too. Speaking of bathing, our bathtub only had a sprayer, there was no actual shower. For food, I wish we didn’t waste our money paying the extra for hotel breakfast included. It’s not a great breakfast, though there are many options. Go down the street to a cafe instead! More authentic Greek food with a view for less than €10! Or go to the grocery store across the street and bring breakfast back to your room, eat it on the balcony! Don’t bother with the frozen drinks- they’re expensive, small, weak and had large chunks of ice in them. They had a nice dry white wine for €6,5 that I much preferred. Finally, the pool closed at 20:00 (8:00pm). In August when we went, the sun does not even set until 20:30 (8:30p). Seems too early.
