The location was incredible, we absolutely loved our room and the spa, and breakfast was the cherry on top

The town was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring everything nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay enjoyable. However, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and I barely managed to sleep during my stay. It was a real letdown, considering everything else was great.

Bedding and room lighting

Location - jus amazing, next to the river with view and sunset!24h swimming pool.The green parts - it was lots of grapes plants, trees and make you feel you are close to the nature.Building itself - amazing old house with lot's of old features.Super friendly staff.Good negorni:)We got upgraded to suit as our air conditioning in room was not working - that was great however not sure why we got it in first place as they knew it's broken?Early breakfast.Help to rent bikes.Good, bus small spa.Overall great place but some improvement needed!

Breakfast - the scrambled eggs were cold even at 7am when they start serving breakfast. Also scrambled eggs were hard as brick and grey in some parts. It was very small selection of savoury things and out of 3 times only once we got tomatos and cucumber. The quality of cheese and meat was not the greatest neither.In the suit, which was amazing, the floor when wet was super slippery.

The pool, location, staff

Parking is a little way away but it's free so that's a plus!

Beautiful stunning location, right by the river in a quaint village, authentic tasty breakfast, lovely relaxing spa, spacious clean room - really enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend

This is minor but it is a bit noisy at night with the fast flowing river adjacent to the hotel however we do sleep with earplugs and this was fine - also, we had stormy/rainy weather one night and this probably made it sound louder

Beautiful hotel that went beyond our expectations. Stunning view of the river Mincio from our room. Appreciated the kettle and tea offered in room. Super comfortable bed. Polite and helpful staff and a varied and delicious breakfast. We'll definitely be happy to come back again.

Excellent location and very clean

WiFi was intermittent or non existent for our room and the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful

The town and surroundings are lovely with a big river running in front of the hotel. The building is well kept and has a lot of character. With a short and scenic walk there are a number of restaurants.

Location and breakfast were great

The hotel didn't feel well maintained. In the room, the walls were dirty, hair dryer pulling out of wall. The spa was the reason we chose the hotel and it was disappointing. The sauna was broken and the whole area was tiny and not luxurious at all.

The view was incredible. We watched cormorants and herons fishing for their super from our window! The breakfast was fabulous! The hotel is charming and very well located in the village.

There were no English channels on the TV.

This is such a gorgeous place, beautiful room, very clean everywhere. We used the spa and the swimming pool and we loved it. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially the lady at breakfast. Thank you so much.

Great spa hotel, perfect views, excellent facilities

Right at the side of the river in the middle if the village surrounded by nice restaurants. Picture postcard setting fir sure.Staff were very helpful. Thanks to Marko the night barman fir some useful tips on where to eat.

Lovely boutique hotel at an amazing location - beautiful rooms, nice pool , great breakfast

We liked EVERYTHING. This place is like a dream, situated right at the river side. Rooms were large and well appointed, nice Staff, dreamy scenery, good quality of drinks, simply amazing.

Breakfast choices were limited.

Beautiful hotel in a romantic setting. Wonderful scenery and location. Our suite was spacious and wonderful. The pool and susnet is amazing, also the bar is 24/7 so it's great for late night hangouts.

Spa working hours are somewhat short. Also guests are fighting for the few sun loungers areound the pool.

Location, swimming pool, room and food

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast lady is an absolute sunshine. The outdoor swimming pool is open 24/7 and the water is perfect for a night swim- they also serve drinks by the pool all night long. We defined recommend staying in this hotel!

The river by the hotel can be a little loud, but the rooms are well sound proofed so you can still get a good nights sleep, you just have to close the windows if your room is on the river side.

An absolutely stunning hotel in an incredibly picturesque location. Really felt luxurious. Beautiful river and amazing historic surroundings. Lovely breakfast included.
